WonΓÇÖt be coming back to this range EVER AGAIN I felt that all eyes where on me while I was shooting it made me very uncomfortable while showing my sister how to shoot. I would catch a lot of people looking at me with an unpleasant face which made me feel like i was not wanted there at all. As IΓÇÖm from the UK I donΓÇÖt have much opportunity to shoot so when ever IΓÇÖm in the US I love to go shooting and teach my family proper gun safety and how to use one so god forbid they need to use one to protect they know what to do. It wasnΓÇÖt a thing where IΓÇÖm a noobie that has no clue on how to use a gun at all I know how to safely handle and shot IΓÇÖm definitely not a beginner at all. IΓÇÖll never be taking any one my family members to this range ever again very nasty vibe. I typically use the range USA in Avon but it was packed when I went so I decided to go to Carmel but never ever again my IΓÇÖll only be using rangeusa AVON from now on I donΓÇÖt care if there busy IΓÇÖll wait in line how ever long I need to Avon customer service is 10/10 people there and a lot friendlier. worst experience every at the Carmel branch

The place is tidy and well-organized. The staff is super helpful without being overbearing. We took two training sessions at this location. One was with Nick, and it was decent. The other was with Joseph Buhl, and it was pretty bad. Just a heads-up: if you're thinking about signing up for classes, you might want to steer clear of this trainer. I hope he gets some better coaching on how to run a class. Joseph Buhl lacks proper etiquette when interacting with the class. It felt chaotic, with topics bouncing around and no real flow. He spends a lot of time on stuff that isnΓÇÖt even related to the class.

I just took a class here on general firearm training and safety. It went very well. The instructor, Bill, was very helpful and knowledgeable. I learned a lot and got some great results on the shooting range. Everything was clean and well organized in the store area and the class room. I'll definitely visit again.

I have been going to this range for 8 months now and really enjoy it. Staff is very friendly and helpful and range is nice and well taken care of. Took a lesson with Bill Meyers today and heΓÇÖs fantastic. Very easy to get along with and explains concepts exceptionally well.

My class was outstanding! I am newer to owning my own firearms, and Nick was an exceptional instructor. He is well-informed, patient, and regardless of the subject matter, he is naturally motivated to help people. I highly recommend him and private sessions to any firearm enthusiast.

The staff is generally very friendly and helpful, except for one personΓÇöthe guy with glasses, who I believe is the assistant manager. He was quite rude and seemed to treat customers poorly. I went in to purchase a firearm about an hour and a half before closing time, but he refused to sell it to us, claiming there wasnΓÇÖt enough time to complete the background check and paperwork. It felt more like I was closing on a house rather than just buying a firearm. Very disappointing experience.

Lots of lanes, tons of gear, fun experience. Recommend getting the membership if you plan on shooting more than once per month.

Im 42. First time at any Range. Clean, well organized and plenty of staff to help. Lots of lanes. Well maintained too. We stayed 90 min. Follow the rules and you'll have a great time.

I started going in January after purchasing a 3 month membership during the Christmas sale. I absolutely love this place. I have been going regularly, and the staff is super nice and welcoming. I also purchased my AR-15 from Range USA and was able to take a private class with Bill on how to properly operate it. He did such a great job, and even after will still kindly offer his expertise. Overall, my experience at this range has been fantastic and I always look forward to having time when I can go and practice with my pistols and AR-15. I also can bring a guest with me as part of my membership which is wonderful!

Great range and shop but theyΓÇÖre always understaffed it seems. I hope they hire some more help so itΓÇÖs easier to get checked in, pick up online orders, etc. The wait time is far too long.

A bit on the expensive side of gun ranges. They do not charge per how many guns or rifles you bring to the range. There are approximately 20 or so ranges. I have little wait times, and the employees are helpful.

I had a great time working with Bill! I signed up for a 1-on-1. I had prior experience with guns and felt comfortable but wanted to have a refresher. Bill was awesome! I was able to ask my questions and move at my pace while Bill answered every question with a nugget of wisdom. When on the range, he was there to make sure I felt comfortable and I did. I appreciate everything about the experience! IΓÇÖll be making my first purchase very very soon!

Stopped by today with my son to sight in a pistol. Did the registration and waited in line as employee talked to another guy that came in after us about nothing related to store. The other customer had two guests that had never been there. The two guests were filling out the registration and then were helped before my son and I. Then employee discovered the member that brought the guests didnΓÇÖt have up to date registration so we had to wait on that. When we were finally helped after 15 minutes of waiting after we completed registration the employee disclosed the registration system hadnΓÇÖt finished my registration and I would have to complete it again. At that point my son and I decided to go to a different shooting range. As we walked out the employee laughed at us and joked with the other customer about us leaving. Will never visit again. Oh he also had his holstered weapon tucked behind a suspender strap to where he couldnΓÇÖt have drawn it if he wanted to. Very bad employee which reflects on the store.

Overall fine/eh. Pricing across the board is slightly above average or very high so maybe if you're desperate for something. The real issue is how they handle lanes. They either need a second set of lanes for rifles/high-caliber handguns or they need to do a better job of not putting someone shooting a much higher caliber directly next to you.
