Very nice range. Shooting stalls are well designed with walls and glass. You don't have to worry about other shooters' hot brass pelting you. Online access to range safety video and waiver, completed everything at home before my visit.

Knowledgeable staff, good location, and phenomenal selection. I purchaced a Tisas M1911A1 service online and they had the transfer process and background check done in less than 20 minutes!

The place is great. The staff and facilities are great and clean. The reason for a 4 star and not a 5 star would be this. It would be nice to put the lower caliber guns on one side and the bigger boys on the other side when possible.. ItΓÇÖs startling to be a new shooter just being around pistols going off, but then someone comes in with a 22 gauge shotgun inside the same room it can be a bit much.

Went to the store in Knoxville. Service was a little slow initially. Then Unfortunately, the internet at the store was down intermittently and indefinitely. I guess it was a sign I didnΓÇÖt need to shoot or purchase a new pistol. So much for talking advantage of a sale and rebate. Yes, I understand you have to do online checks. It doesnΓÇÖt change the level of frustration and the waste of time I experienced.

Crappy service my 21 yr old son went to buy his first gun and they didnΓÇÖt ask if he preferred a safety or not,they sold him a used bodyguard 2.0 that was supposed to be new with no safety .then when we called all they could offer was 60%buy back and they would make sure the next one was new.will never shop again at this place IΓÇÖm sure the o e they sold him was a rental that had been shot at the range.

ABSOLUTELY ABSURD! - I want to preface this by stating that I own more than 100 firearms - about 50-60% of those have bought online, whether through auction sites or online retailers. I have lived in SC, Ga, FL, & TN- I have used various FFL/Gun dealers to ship my firearms to when purchasing online and I have NEVER paid more than $40 for the transfer/background check. I called this place today because I am ordering a few more firearms (holiday deals and all) and after recently, temporarily, relocating back to Knoxville, TN, I wasnΓÇÖt sure who I should use that is nearest to me. When the employee told me that they charge $110 for a measly transfer/background check I just couldnΓÇÖt believe it. Given the fact that I am purchasing 4 firearms, that would cost me an extra $440 - LMFAO - I sincerely hope this place loses tons of business because they are completely ripping people off.. Luckily I found another store about 15 minutes from here that will do the transfers/background checks for 35$ each. What a joke. I canΓÇÖt imagine the markup on their firearms or ammo. Unfortunately for them, and fortunately for me, I will never know now.. because I will never even consider stepping foot inside this store. 0/10. BEFORE YOU BUY ANYTHING HERE, CHECK ELSEWHERE!!

The range is very nice. If you get a membership be advised that while the staff at the location and a will be very helpful in starting your membership, they can offer no help what so ever if there are issues. My nephew signed up for a membership and his membership ended up being billed to my card. I have called the store a couple times and they can only refer me to the website. The website's has no phone number to call and the number associated with the charge on my VISA statement goes to some poor random guy in Ohio who has nothing to do with the company other than likely to share in my frustration with them. Last month, I disputed the charge with VISA and they reversed the charge but this month I am charged again. I am still trying to work this out with the website but I fully plan on disputing the charge again. I may end up needing to change my VISA number to stop this constant billing for a membership which is not mine and never was. The people in the store are great if you need to buy something but the company is structure such that they cannot be of any help if there are problems.

Staff was friendly. The place was nice and clean.. range attendant was able to observe what I was doing wrong as a new shooter and gave me advice to improve, and it worked (left vs. right pics)

I bought a gun online and shipped it to them to do the FFL transfer, they charged me a whooping $100 just for the transfer! Other FFL dealers in the area charge $30-$50 max! Buyers beware! Don't recommend.

RangeUSA has a great and well run indoor range. That said, their website and online shopping experience is poor at best. For starters their search engine is poor and it is difficult to find anything unless you already know the upc code. Many discontinued or obsolete skuΓÇÖs are still posted on the website although they never will be available instead of being removed. For examples look at many of the ammunition skuΓÇÖs and you will find a lot that are not available. Signing up for back in stock alerts that will never come is a true dissatisfier. Also more attention to detail needs to be paid to product pictures and discriptions that are used. For example I just purchased a new Mossberg 590 Defender online from Range USA. When I went to the store to pick it up I found out that it did not include the pistol grip pictured for the sku online. Nowhere in the product description or in picture captions was it noted that this was an optional accessory available for purchase. I my mind as a consumer this borders on false advertising as I did not receive what was pictured for sale online. Very disappointing. A quick check of several other similar items shows similar issues as if a lot of stock photos were being used and no thought being given to what was contained in them resulting in misleading information for site users. I am happy to point out other examples and issues but to conclude my review: The range and in store experience is fine but be very careful with the RangeUSA website as it is poor.
