Range USA Lewis Center

Range USA Lewis Center is an awesome range offering memberships, firearms classes and a retail store. I have the basic membership and it is a great deal over paying per visit. The range masters are educated and professional. I was trying to sight in my optic and a range master printed out a schematic for judging accuracy for .556 at 25 yards for me. That's awesome service! A big thank you to everyone at Range USA Lewis Center.

This joint deserves 0 stars. The membership prices got jacked way up. The old man RSO's need to be put on the other end of the range so we dont have to deal with their constant complaining of shooting more than 1 round in 4 seconds

Really a shame there’s not more gun ranges because this place is cruddy. Membership prices are insanity. Gun prices are ALL marked up. Go to gun deals on Reddit for wayyyy better pricing. We’re talking hundreds more for Sig, Glock, Staccato, everything. And the range safety officers are 🤡. Do business elsewhere

The bigger lady who "manages" the store gave me terrible, condescending service. I'm sure it will respond to this with x y and z reasons, but before you do that, explain why I was pissed in the first place? I truly doubt you heard a word I said. All you cared about was waiting until it was your turn to talk, and then reciting the same innacurate statement. You refused to sell me a gun because my word choice involved a 'bad word' that was used as a filler word. Grow up, save your opinions for people who matter to you and do your job instead of being whatever slew of rude words you were acting like today.

Be aware: ΓÇÿAvailable in storeΓÇÖ on their website means they can get the item eventually, not that itΓÇÖs actually available. Ordered three items which showed in stock and available for pick up. It took three days before I got a notice that all three items had to be ordered, and that was only after multiple messages. After which I was told that all orders are through a distributor and ΓÇÿAvailable in storeΓÇÖ is a lie. When I was able to go in to pick up my order, Josh and Zach were great to work with and they confirmed that you need to call to verify store inventory for what you want because the website is never correct. It will list items they donΓÇÖt have as in stock and items they have as ship to store.

So far a pretty lousy experience. I placed an order online for three items which all showed as in stock at the store. Three days later, after a copy/paste answer from customer service and a follow up request for an actual update, the order status was updated to ΓÇÿon orderΓÇÖ and got a BS reply to see their previous email. Key point which business clearly doesnΓÇÖt comprehend is that their website shows all items in stock at the store currently. There is no indication that any ordering is necessary.

Love it here. Staff are helpful and casual. They don't give you the "I'm going to treat you like a threat" vibe like other small firearm dealers do. Range is nicely kept and neat.

I recently visited Range USA as a new gun owner and had an amazing experience! As a person of color, I wasnΓÇÖt sure what to expect, but the staff was incredibly welcoming and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. They were patient, kind, and more than happy to answer all of my questions without any judgment. While their prices are a bit on the higher side, the professionalism and warmth of the employees make it absolutely worth it. ItΓÇÖs clear they genuinely care about creating a positive and safe environment for everyone. IΓÇÖll definitely be coming back and highly recommend them to anyone, especially new gun owners!

Went to buy a Marlin 1895. Told me the price was 1199 on the phone, drive 90 min just for the clerk to tell me itΓÇÖs actually 1399. He apologized but seriously? So I BOUGHT IT ANYWAYS. Take it to the range and my first round I find out the lever action is damaged. As if it was dropped. It could not cycle without grabbing the hammer. Called to ask for assistance to make it right and they stated they have nothing to do with it so call Marlin. Thankfully Marlin was amazing and fixed the rifle absolutely free. I put up with the absurd prices this place has but I am officially never coming back. That was terrible customer service.

Alex was my instructor with my wife and I. Great classroom demeanor. Very professional, patient and thorough. Range instruction was great with my new Glock 19. Alex even gave further assistance a week later in the range while he was monitoring. Very helpful!
