Steve was knowledgeable and helped me get my gun sighted and ready for the range upon purchase and was able to tell me what upgrades would help me maximize the experience of my weapon.

Great experience when it came to narrowing down my options. STEVE S was great at explaining every gun that could potentially fill my needs. Had a great purchase thanks to him. Highly recommend him and range USA for firearms purchasing in Louisville KY.

I had an excellent experience at RANGEUSA today, all thanks to Steve. From the moment I walked in, Steve was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. I had a few questions about different firearms, and he took the time to explain everything to me, offering great recommendations based on my needs and preferences. The store itself is well-organized, with a wide variety of options to choose from. I highly recommend checking out this store and asking for Steve. Thoroughly enjoyed my training with instructor/David Miller. Last year I missed out on shooting & wanted to walk back through some of the basics. He shared a lot of great information, listened & answered my questions. Range time was great! He was upbeat & genuine, making some suggestions that were appreciated. IΓÇÖd definitely recommend a personal training session, as well as the classes offered at Range USA. IΓÇÖm a member there because IΓÇÖve always been welcomed like family & never feel out of place being a senior female. GREAT environment & staff!

Today, I shot my first handguns at my first range visit, and it was a fantastic experience. We've been coming here to look at firearms for a few months, and I have always felt welcome here. As a person new to handguns and shooting them, I was nervous about asking questions. Every employee that I spoke with was knowledgeable and easygoing. No one made me feel stupid or treated me like I didn't belong there, and that genuinely meant the world to me. Today, as I rented multiple different firearms, each employee was friendly and helpful. I felt like a burden for renting so many, but they didn't treat me that way! The range was open enough for us to move around easily, but not too small that I felt like we were on top of the people next to us. It was pretty busy, but I never felt crowded or rushed. We're members and will be coming back often and will be taking classes with their staff. I highly recommend this indoor range and store.

Poor customer service. They directed us to the corporate office, who also offered poor customer service.

As a disabled female combat veteran and a full time single mom, I was treated horrible here. My sonΓÇÖs 17th birthday is coming up. He loves to shoot guns & is signing up for the Army. I called and spoke to two different associates that told me if I signed up for veteran membership I could bring my son with me. I asked twice about the rule about not being able to shoot on my first visit. One associate states it would be good to sign the waiver before I came in the store. The second time I asked an associate, he stated to come in & buy safety glasses & hearing protection & it would count as my first visit. My sonΓÇÖs birthday is this Thursday. Today I drive an hour to purchase these. I asked the associate in the store about it & he was very rude & told me I had to take a class & thereΓÇÖs no way to do it before Thursday. I called Louisville Armory & they will get my son in for his birthday. I called Range USA & talked to an associate about what happened and that IΓÇÖd be leaving a review. I explained to him what happened. He preceded to tell me the guy I talked to in store was wrong & as long as I signed waiver 24 hours before we came in & rent a lane Id be fine even if it was my first time. He asked who I talked to. I explained it was the unprofessional jerk in the store helping people. He told me to hold on. Went & spoke to the guy. He came back on phone saying that was the store manager & he basically changed what he had told me. Said there was nothing he could do! I canceled my membership and I want a refund for this month membership since apparently the associates lied to me not once but three times. IΓÇÖll never recommend this place to anybody!

I have been a patron of this store for several years and it has declined significantly in the past few. Staff is usually friendly and the store is always clean, but their prices are high for the level and quality of service offered. Prices on ammunition and transfers are very high and their product inventory is fairly stale. The subscription style membership model is tiresome and offers little real benefits to casual shooters. Other local ranges have far more features at marginally competitive prices in addition to less restrictive policies on ammo, rentals, and practices on the range such as holster use and rapid fire. I have seen multiple managers turnover in the last several years and this lack of leadership retention reflects in their poor overall business practices. ItΓÇÖs unfortunate, as this used to be one of the best ranges in town.

Absolutely amazing!! My husband and I went in to find a good first self defense gun, I have no clue about anything and Steve was absolutely wonderful! He went over every gun I looked at, explained the differences and was so patient with my dumb questions. I would recommend this place to everyone!

Friendly people, usually doesn't take too long to get a lane. I'd like to see a larger selection of rental guns and little cheaper ammo

Had a private lesson with David. He was great! Very informative and personable. Showed me exactly how to work with my new gun. Will be going to the range and scheduling another lesson! The range itself was very nice, clean, and the people were helpful. As a female in a male dominated business I felt very comfortable and welcomed.

We have really enjoyed our time so far spent at Range USA. My wife wanted a hand gun and they helped her choose a unit that was very suitable for her. They are low on stock, but IΓÇÖm assuming that is due to the time of year. We would highly recommend Range USA.

Great experience I had with my daughter at Range USA in Middletown, Ky. Was my first time shooting at an indoor range. We were treated with the upmost and genuine customer service. Definitely will be going back again and will be recommending them to my friends.

Great range. Awesome people. Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is their gun prices are high and you can literally drive 5 mins up the road to kygunco and get the same guns for 50 to 100 bucks less. I'm pretty sure it's based off commission. I think there's should be a better incentive for those guys cause kygunco kinda cuts their legs off in my opinion. Unless their still making sales then good for them.

Rude Customer Service. Mind you in the state of Kentucky you just need to show a driver's license to rent a lane and shoot. Their gun laws are more lenient than Illinois. I was told "we" could not, because our driver's license is from IL. For some background I have a CCL and a Foid. I had my own guns so we just needed the range and were willing to buy their amo. We weren't trying to rent any guns. They made up some rule to not let my bf shoot stating it was a fictious law. I explained that if they were going by Illinois law, because I have a foid plus a conceal and carry, our state law is that he is allowed to come in as my guest so that made no sense since we were in Kentucky. I just left because, I was not going to argue with ignorance and felt like he was just being Racist and making excuses to not rent us a lane. So if you're from out of town please save yourself the trip. We went straight to Lousiville Armory closer to the city, and they were so nice and helpful. Spent our money there. They reaffirmed my suspicions, and only asked for our driver's license. The nice employee there stated I didn't even need to show him my CCL or Foid to use a lane.
