Ordered ammunition . Imposible to get a hold of anyone at the store. Number for range USA and email do not work. ( edit ) received email eventually .. after many failed attempts to call and a phone number thatΓÇÖs a fax and an email address that bounced back on the receipt and store number has no prompts or voicemail setup . Decent people in store, just dealing with Walmart or gun stores

Bought a pistol from this location back when it was point blank. Nice people. Used nice xdm for good price. Had a delay on the nics. They told me to wait a few days then they would sell it if I was still delayed. Brady day law, nice. Got it a few days later. Cool. Time passes want to get a rifle. It's range usa now. No Brady day law. Didn't know that. Put a deposit for couple of hundred. Waited for 30 days after the application expired. Was told to come back for my refund. I did. Associate said it was refunded back and I didn't need to come in. Been waiting for just as long as my nics delay for my refund. I can't get a hold of anyone. I feel like point blank was legit. Range usa is a bunch of un-American crooks. Im out of town at the moment. I'll be going back to speak with someone face to face, demanding my money back. Range usa corp. is trash. Associates are cool but unorganized. BTW, got my rifle cheaper and faster from an FFL dealer that upholds the Brady day law.

DO NOT give these people ur business army veteran here I came in to buy a butt stock for my AR15 and the employee Brian G. Manager apparently asked fire my ID I asked him why he needed it I'm only buying an accessory he then began accusing me of wanting to buy it for my "buddy" which I find crazy because it's an accessory I don't need a background check I then ask him if this is policy or law he tells me it's an Illinois law which I'm not sure how that applies to me we are in INDIANA and I'm an Indiana resident I bought my stock but I will never be coming here again or giving any range USA my business and I hope anyone who supports the 2nd amendment do the same

By far worse place I've experienced buying a gun, no contact from anybody about the gun I been trying to buy since SATURDAY, there's only like 2 guys that actual know the guns and the knowledge behind each brand, you think they would at least try to stay in contact of making a sell, but that's not happening either and especially when I told the clerk I'll be paying cash straight out the door.

Great place. Well lit range, wide rental selection. The training courses are great, the instructor (Hector) was very personable, helpful, and knowledgeable. The staff are helpful and friendly.

First time visiting I was allowed to use my passport. Second time around, the strict No was given. Ok if itΓÇÖs YOUR policy but itΓÇÖs not Indiana policy as the employee stated. Get it together. Even when signing in it asked for my passport ID. Then when we brought it to the employees attention that it was stated on the website passports were ok..he was smug and didnΓÇÖt care to respond to my issues. Horrible customer service with a smirk face.

I give my salesman 1 star, but Justin and Holly 5 stars. things you need to know. After 3 days waiting on background check, they will not transfer the weapon over to you "default proceed" despite paying for it, and if you cancel the sale they will charge you a 25% restocking fee, even though you never took possession of the gun, also once you "trade in" a weapon for a new one, despite the sale not being finalized, that trade in is no longer your weapon, so if for some reason the sale falls through, forget getting your trade in back, some things that should have been told before sale. But after the attitude of my salesman, and waiting 6 days for my background check to come through, I contacted Justin the store manager and Holly, not sure her title (sorry) and they made things right, but now I have no weapon, but a gift card for my trade in that I'm not sure I could use.

Love coming to the Range , the membership pays for it self . The range safety officers are always nice and helpful. The counter experience really depends on how busy the place is. I will say this, if you come prepared asking questions these guys are all super knowledgeable. The sales are pretty nice too ! Super clean facility always feel welcomed walking in there .

99% of the staff is awesome. My only problem is that I'm looking for my first conceal carry gun, and I went through 3 firearms in .380, and they all malfunctioned. I found that to be off putting with someone new to shooting and also got no help with that beyond 2 associates telling me that the maintenance people spend very little time cleaning their guns. The people in the stall next to us were shooting what looked to be an AR15(a rental), and they also had 3 instances of some sort of malfunction. Unfortunately, we got a premium membership, which you have to keep for 3 months. Honestly wouldnt be a bad place if they just maintained their rentals.

Went to make a purchase, hence sale I saw online . On the phone with MY HUSBAND at the time . So ADAM thought that I was trying to do something illegal. Which thatΓÇÖs ADAM right, My problem is Adam lied to me and told me I could not purchase the fire arm with my state issued ID, that I NEEDED TO HAVE A DRIVER LICENSE!! which caused me to pause, cause I am a LICENSED CONCEAL CARRY OVER 10yrs this isnΓÇÖt my first time making purchases. HE THEN doubled down on this lie only for me to call corporate to complain/investigate and find out the REAL reason! Which was I was racially profiled not only was I on the phone with my husband at the time which clearly disturbed ADAM but IΓÇÖm also a BLACK WOMAN!! I plan to also reach out higher regarding this matter so that this issue doesnΓÇÖt go unnoticed. Clearly you all cant READ AND OR UNDERSTAND MY PROBLEM!! ADAM RACIALLY PROFILED ME! I DO NOT APPRECIATE IT AT ALL. IF I WAS WHITE WITH THIS SAME SENARIO IM SURE HE WOULDNT OF CARED AND OR ASKED FOR HIM OR HER TO GET OFF THE PHONE! LIKE I STATED I WAS ON THE PHONE WITH MY HUSBAND!
