I bought a monthly membership after trying out the range. My family and I enjoy going to the range a few times a week. The staff is friendly and very helpful. I've never felt intimidated or talked down to like I have further down Grape Road. And they are very good about asking a more knowledgeable employee for help if they don't have the answers I'm looking for. That's a big deal for me as safety is so important. I haven't taken a class there yet, but I think I'd be comfortable doing so.

Our first experience here was great. Josh and Caleb were both extremely knowledgeable and friendly in helping us with firearm selections based on our specific needs. They made great accessory suggestions and were never pushy. Highly recommend going here. The range was nice, clean and supervised.

Price seemed ok. No one wanted to help me with my purchase, too busy standing around talking to each other. When I found someone to check out with they were too busy trying to help other customers than to focus on finishing the transaction. Passport card wasnΓÇÖt good enough to check out with either? Sheesh

I recently bought a Glock 23 gen5 and KC helped me out he was absolutely awesome heΓÇÖs the one you need to see definitely will make you laugh IΓÇÖd definitely recommend him great help will be back to try the range out

My cousin and I went shooting there yesterday from Michigan for the first time. What a bunch of stand up people. Everyone was friendly from the front desk to the RSOΓÇÖs I would definitely go back. If I lived closer I would also just get a membership there.

Worst place ever I will never spend another dollar there. Bought 2 guns online waited for them to show up at the store only to find out then that they donΓÇÖt follow the same law as everyone else so you have to just keep waiting until youΓÇÖre background check comes back I have never been denied for any other guns I have bought never been denied my license to carry. If you buy anything from them just be prepared to wait but they sure are fast to take your money and when you call and ask them they are rude and tell you if you donΓÇÖt like it call the FBI wow. Seems like when the owner responds to your bad review all he can say is sorry no action taken so no wonder the staff is so rude

Glen was our instructor. In the classroom Greg and I appreciated a review of ΓÇ£4 RulesΓÇÖ and basic gun handling. Glen talked about breathing , arm position and body alignment. Greg and Glen went into the firing range for further guidance. Greg felt Glen was very skilled and picked up on subtleties in GregΓÇÖs stance, grip, and rhythm that immediately tighten his cluster.

Store leads are rude, unprofessional. Staff are always new and they are not trained and have little knowledge. The main store lead had the worst customer service presentation and needs trained in this. A guy I wouldn't talk to for any reason.

As for the facility and staff , they were excellent . I had the mis fortune of shooting whilst some others were qualifying for the Zombie Apocalypse Team ?? ie; 20 and 30 round 5.56 The staff stated that 1/2 the range was down due to a fan issue ? which seemed odd to me in a brand new building . When I inquired as to when the 2nd half of the range might be available , he said that I should speak to MGR. I myself will never shoot in/on a 20 lane range again while HPR are practicing 3 lanes over { @ the 20 yard range } ? Maybe consider informing your patrons that 1/2 the range is down and you will be shooting with 19 other guys on our 20 lane 20 yard range . I would recommend a " Thunder Shirt " until they can get the other 1/2 of the range operable thus, allowing their patrons to spread out a bit !

Brian was the most unhelpful person the entire store, sat at a desk and did nothing , had an attitude when spoken to , also did nothing follow any of the federal regulations when purchasing a firearm, very terrible experience with him

I am a retired veteran Very SAFE and clean range I was somewhat upset today December 9th when I tried to renew my monthly veterans membership in cash and was refused by the staff at 11AM Very sad I like to take my grandchild there over Christmas on the mostly pass A change in the system very sad

My wife and I recently took a gun safety class with Rick Ramos in Mishawaka, and it was an outstanding experience. Rick did a fantastic job of explaining rules and procedures, seamlessly connecting them to real-life scenarios. His approach was both engaging and educationalΓÇöhe kept things lighthearted and made us feel at ease, yet he never compromised on the seriousness of firearm safety. We walked away from the course with a wealth of knowledge and felt that it was a great investment. DonΓÇÖt hesitate to ask any questions, no matter how trivial they may seem, because Rick is more than happy to provide thorough explanations. The shooting range was clean, well-organized, and staffed by friendly, helpful people. I highly recommend this course, regardless of how experienced you may be with firearms.

We took the basic Gun safety course with Rick Ramos. It was excelent and very informative. The instructions were clear and at the end I felt alot better about handling a gun. Rick was very patient, kind and great at teaching and reinforcing important concepts. It was well worth the time and cost. This range is serious about safety and that put us at ease. I will be returning to practice.

I was a first-time gun user. Never shot one in my life. I had a great experience learning how to shoot from onsite instructors Austin and later, Rayth. Austin was extremely patient and professional when answering my many questions during my paid lesson. I went back the next day and Rayth helped me pick out the best pistol for my needs (Sig P320 X-Five 9MM, 17+1) and mounted the red laser site I wanted. I also picked up a mag loader on AustinΓÇÖs advice. This range is impeccably run and the staff know their stuff. I HIGHLY recommend them.
