First time going tonight. Mike and everyone working was great! My l this my was youngest first time at a range and he was nervous. Mike and everyone were so understanding and helped make sure he had a great time. Will be back for sure!

I took the Basic Handgun training class at Range USA and had an amazing time learning about handguns and how to properly load, clear, and make safe. It was incredibly informative and I will definitely be back again!

The classroom portion is kind of long but itΓÇÖs state requirements. It has a lot of useful information though and overall I enjoyed the experience. The Range USA is a great place to shop and shoot and IΓÇÖm really happy IΓÇÖm a member

Everytime I have visited and used the range I've had several encounters with employees being disrespectful. Last occurrence was due to me wanting to hold a couple different firearms and the guy complaining I was "Nickel and diming" and "being cheap" because I wasn't trying to buy a 600 dollar firearm for my partner even though she still wasn't sure if 380 was the best choice. Good selection of firearms just lacking in the customer service department.

Thanks to my instructor Aaron who helped me in my journey to firing my first firearm. I'm a big weenie when it comes to guns and firing them, however, Aaron helped me navigate though nervousness and feeling confident in safety while using a gun. I appreciate his help, knowledge, and patience with me starting completely from zero.

Honest opinion. They make new shooters so stressed out by all the hoops u have to jump through and it's stupid expensive. Just use an outdoor range.

I'm a new customer to Range USA. I bought my first firearm here this week and signed up for a class for me and my wife. Aaron L. was fantastic and he was very thorough in his explanations on safety, form, and best practices. My wife had never fired a firearm before and she was more comfortable after his class we had today. I found myself more accurate after he gave me pointers on why my shots were not where I wanted them to be. I highly recommend asking for Aaron L. when you visit this location! Thanks again Aaron! You've earned this store a new member/customer!

Definitely recommend the gun training classes at Range USA. Mike Wilkerson is a great instructor who makes the lesson very personal and takes the time to explain and teach you the things you need to know.

Lazy sales staff. Act like they donΓÇÖt want to check inventory and asks if youΓÇÖve checked the website first. Acts like itΓÇÖs an hassle over the phone before you waste a trip to the store.

Aryan is incredibly knowledgeable about gun safety and gun laws. He is an incredible instructor that knows how to show passion to his students. Really enjoyed the class and learned a lot. I had a lot of questions and Aryan loved answering them. Highly recommend.

I cannot recommend this range and encourage others to look elsewhere. I was sold a membership by a new employee who clearly stated it was an annual membership. However, I later discovered that it was actually a monthly recurring charge, which was not disclosed during the signup process. After noticing the second charge on my credit card, I contacted their corporate office, only to be told that no refunds are provided under any circumstances, even if the membership was not used. WhatΓÇÖs most disappointing is the lack of accountability. When I raised the issue through their online ticket system (since they do not handle these matters over the phone), their response essentially boiled down to: ΓÇ£ItΓÇÖs not our problem that the employee misinformed you, and thereΓÇÖs nothing we can do about the charge we sent you an email and we had a signΓÇ¥ This experience left me feeling misled and undervalued as a customer. The refusal to address their employeeΓÇÖs mistake and the dismissive approach to customer service is unacceptable. With so many other ranges in the area, I suggest choosing one that prioritizes honesty and customer satisfaction over rigid policies and poor service.
