I will give them 0 star if there is option to do so. This is a scam store and very unprofessional service. Had an issue with the membership and the guys in the front desk says different things every time we speak and it was a horrible experience .

We went last Friday and after 15 min we were told to stop and we had to leave. The cord to pull in the target fell down and he started screaming disrespectfully and kicked everyone out not only us but everyone inside. That was so disrespectful! From my understanding this kind of accidents happen and it doesnΓÇÖt need someone to come shout at you disrespect you and to kick everyone out not only us!

Range USA was very easy to find ample parking and clean facility. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this establishment.

FRIST time me and my husband came here! This place is awesome!! As a women I felt very comfortable. They have a female instructor named Emily, she is an amazing instructor, and a total badass!!! Alex is great, always helpful and informative. Aaron Very welcoming and treat you like Family! 100/10 recommend! ~ H&C

Employee was acting unfriendly and like serving us was a chore, moreover due to an error on the side of the employees I was being charged again for maintaining fee although I had been there before and was forced to pay $30+ to even enter even with a membership. I do regret blowing up in front of the manager, but I do think that the employees act indifferent and certainly do not make this place seem friendly. IΓÇÖll stick to the other Range USA Locations from now on.

Got a membership after such a great experience. Everyone is super helpful and friendly. The mid tier membership is super worth it even if you go 2-3 times a month. If you go more or plan to bring someone with you itΓÇÖs super worth it. Also you can try different firearms for free every time. Thanks guys for taking care of me

Horrible horrible service. Had a membership with them and had a hand surgery in September. Since that time I have been trying to cancel my membership and all I keep getting is to fill an online form for it ti be cancelled and nothing gets cancelled. No one is getting back to me and no one is willing to pay me back since my initial complaint to cancel my membership

My son and husband went tonight and after 15 min we were told to stop and we had to leave. The cord to pull in the target fell down and my husband was told to stop because he caused damage. We paid 2 lanes and my son was fine but because my husband had ΓÇ£caused damageΓÇ¥ my son also without have done anything wrong also had to stop and we were all told we had to leave. I understand they have rules and policies and if my husband had to stop for whatever reason he could have stopped but why not let my son keep enjoying his remaining time. Very disappointed with todayΓÇÖs visit as my son is leaving for college and we wanted to do something he enjoys doing.

I became a member last month and I can tell it was one of the best decisions I took. The range is clean, very organized, the friendly staff is always there to provide support and/or guidance. They have one of the best variety available with good prices. I also took the chance and got my LTC training there. It was very simple and straight to the point. I was struggling to find a good scheduling somewhere else, and Range USA have the perfect solution with the best cost. ;) PS: Richard Martinez with his vast experience has a lot to add in terms of training. I really appreciated the opportunity I had during the shooting evaluation (LTC class).

Started coming here when I first purchased my first handgun at the Humble location. This place is closer to me since i stay in katy. this place is full of nice and very helpful people. i have already purchase 2 hand guns and a shotgun from here. this is my new range.

I stopped Range USA Richmond today and was thoroughly impressed. I was met by Kevin who was incredibly welcoming. Their selection of available firearms and accessories was impressive. I'm happy to have a new range and gun store in the Katy / Richmond area.

Always a good experience shooting here. Friendly knowledgeable staff, great selection of ammunition and guns. It's really worth it to become a member if you shoot regularly. From unlimited range time to specials on accessories and depending on membership type access to Range USA guns to try.
