Honestly, this place is the best between Allegheny and Washington Counties. IΓÇÖve gone to independent FFLΓÇÖs, big box stores like SportsmanΓÇÖs and Bass Pro, but this location does it right. Customer service - IΓÇÖve never had a negative experience. Selection - they have variety, and if itΓÇÖs not in stock, it can be delivered to the store in a couple days. Prices - competitive and they have regular specials. I went in today to make a trade and they made a very competitive offer on my used firearm, applied that towards a new one, I was out just under 1 hour. The staff is enthusiastic and knowledgeable. I wonΓÇÖt waste my time anywhere else.

My daughter and I went for the LTC training class. Brigid was our instructor and was fabulous. She was very informative, helpful, and took teaching safety very serious! She worked with each one of us in the class and really knew her stuff. She knew what each one of us needed to focus on. I would highly recommend Brigid for any future training. Everyone is so friendly and super helpful ! I’ve been to this range a few times now and every time I feel beyond welcome! Today I bought my first gun (🙌🏽) and had so many questions but Matt and Tobias were very helpful and answered all 100 questions. I felt dumb asking so many questions but they both were so sweet and made the process smooth. Thank you , I appreciate every single one of you so much !!

I took a private lesson from Conrad. He did an unbelievable good job. He really improved my skills. He explained everything very well and showed the differences. During that lesson I really saw some changes. The lesson was worth it. I should have taken them earlier.

I took a one-on-one lesson with Skyler and he did a fantastic job working with me. He went through every stage clearly and took the time to make sure everything was understood. Skyler was professional, and very knowledgeable throughout the entire process. I would definitely recommend Skyler to anyone looking for a one-on-one in structure!

My friend and I signed up to take a beginner gun course. I felt that 10 people in the class was a little large to get the instruction that you needed. Especially since I am left-handed, so every time the instructor would show something I would have to ask him to please show it as a left-handed person. They only have one mock gun that each person got to take one try at loading it and shooting it. The rest of the time you're pretending with plastic guns that have no moving parts, were too large for my hand and did not have ambidextrous controls for left-handed people. I do like the idea that you can rent guns from them though, because this is a nice way to try out different models and figure out what is right for you prior to purchasing a gun.

Great range, friendly staff, memberships make more sense than paying to go. Especially if you shoot more than once a month. Prices on ammo,guns ect ..slightly high but not ridiculous. Rental selection is pretty good as well. I do wish there was something in 22mag to rent. I like to rent things to try before I purchase. So something in every caliber would be nice. Rental selection is very 9mm/ semi auto heavy. All in all, I enjoy it there. Recommend people to it so ...yeah ...5 stars

First of all, I must say, I love coming here, I love the facility, the options, and the employees are very friendly! HOWEVER! This facility needs some type of qualified armorer or anyone with half a brain to go through the rental guns. I know they are used a lot, but there is exactly NO reason the guns are kept in the conditions they are in. I have rented at least 15 different guns with issues, from dead red dots, to loose red dots, to red dots with missing screws, loose cover plates and screws, guns that do not extract rounds and double feed, and guns that simply fail to feed every single round! Every time I have an issue, I report it upon returning, and the employees simply do not know what to do with the malfunctioning gun, and "set it aside" but the next time I look, it's back on the shelf for someone else to use. I love shooting, I am also aware of the potential hazards of shooting with properly maintained equipment. However, leaving the equipment in poor disrepair is only asking for a serious problem, especially when being offered to the general public who may not be aware of these issues. THIS NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED! Edit. Thank you for the reply. I will follow the link. I also want to say, that this seems to be a decision being made above the store, not the store themselves. If that makes any sense. Bump up in stars for reply, will finish rating determining on where things go from here. Sorry to anyone at the store. I feel this comes from above.
