Staff at the San Antonio Range USA location are the best. They are friendly and knowledgeable. I am usually greeted with a "Welcome back" because I go in there so often. I am a member so I get great prices online and in-store and free range time. It is very close my home so it is very convenient for me. Thanks Range USA team!

Wife and I booked a private lesson and Frank, our instructor, was world class. He assessed where we needed to start our lessons and knocked it out of the park. I would recommend Frank to anyone interested in getting some lessons.

Good retail selection, modern and clean indoor range..... expensive for only an hour of shoot time. Save some money good to an outdoor range for cheaper and for extended shoot time and distance.

I had an outstanding experience at Range USA! From the moment I walked in, the level of customer service was exceptional. Four team members went above and beyond to assist me. IΓÇÖd like to recognize my sales guy, Angelo, and his colleagues: Justin, Daniel, and Colby. They were kind, professional, and friendly, making the entire shopping experience a pleasure. Came here to try and figure out what my girlfriend felt comfortable with conceal carrying, Daniel F I think his name is was EXTREMELY helpful and super knowledgeable. When it comes to conceal carrying my girlfriend is very picky, Daniel was able to help accommodate her needs with the pistol and holster. He went above and beyond for his customers needs!

I donΓÇÖt think I will ever shop at this place again. My son and I went in today, Christmas Eve, to try to buy a few new guns. The guy that greeted us when we came in, barely gave us any privacy to look. Everywhere we went along The displays, he was right there. We told him we wanted to look around a bit and we would let him know if he could help us with anything. This dude was up my butt like my ex-wife for child support. Needless to say, we got pissed off and left and didnΓÇÖt buy anything at all.

As a premium member I was very disappointed with the store staff. Told 2 employees I was having a rifle shipped to them and neither employee informed me I had to fill out their online FFL transfer forms. Other gun shops donΓÇÖt ask that of you, either way saved myself $100 sending the rifle to another dealer. No commission no customer service.

Daniel was great help and gave good advice when making my purchase. Frank H was also super informative and helpful during our private lesson. Overall great experience and felt welcomed as soon as the door opened. Would recommend to beginners and experienced enthusiasts!
