Everyone is super nice. Store is clean and well laid out. Firing range is nice. plenty of room for me and my wife in a single stall. Prices on everything I've seen looked to be pretty on par with everywhere else, if not a little cheaper. Membership is definitely worth the money for the value I get from it, from using the range anytime I need and the discounts on ammo. Website is super easy to navigate and shipping is fast. Even attended an ECCP class recently and it was awesome. Lots of info and was never bored. Instructor kept everyone engaged and provided a ton of info.

Fantastic experience all around. From purchasing/transfer of firearms to the range, they are great! Staff is plentiful, knowledgeable and helpful. Range is nice and clean (and safe!)... showroom is always bright and clean.

A Frustrating and Disappointing Experience at U.S.A. Range in Southaven WeΓÇÖve visited many gun ranges in the past, but this was by far the worst experience weΓÇÖve ever had. The issues began right at check-in. We used the tablets to watch the required video and input our information, including driverΓÇÖs licenses and addresses, for pre-check. However, when we approached the counter, the staff claimed they couldnΓÇÖt see my submission. I ended up having to complete the process three times before they finally found itΓÇödespite my husband and others completing theirs without issue. We also initially told the staff we wanted to book for two hours, but they only rang us up for one. This seemed like a minor oversight at first but added to the mounting frustrations. Once on the range, the micromanaging and inconsistent enforcement of rules began. We were told to follow a "2-second pause rule," yet no one else around us seemed to be given the same instructions. Regardless, we complied. Then, after using one of our guns, it became extremely hot and we chose to let it cool before placing it in its bag to avoid damaging the interior. Despite me standing directly next to the gun, ensuring no one could access it, a staff member approached and insisted we bag it immediately. We explained the situation, but he was adamant, forcing us to improvise by using a towel to protect the bag. To top it all off, as we were packing up to leave (on our own, within the time we had purchased), a staff member approached again to ask if we were members. When we said no, his response was a curt, "Well, your time is up," despite the fact that we were already in the process of leaving. The entire experience felt like we were being singled out, micromanaged and nitpicked for no apparent reason. It was frustrating, unpleasant, and lacked the professionalism weΓÇÖve come to expect from other ranges. Needless to say, we will not be returning to this location. If you're looking for a welcoming, smooth, and enjoyable range experience, I recommend going elsewhere.

While working in Memphis, I went to Range USA Southaven. ItΓÇÖs a nice place. The store side is organized and well lit. The guys are nice, most of them anyway. They have a good selection of firearms and accessories. We had a good time overall. The range is nice and clean. Seemed to have good ventilation, youΓÇÖll know when a rangeΓÇÖs ventilation is bad. The RO was polite and kindly notified us when our time was up. Since none of us had memberships we paid for the hour. We got two lanes and moved people around instead of guns. Gun rental is per firearm. PPE rental is available also, naturally. IΓÇÖd recommend this range and gun store. 4 Stars due to a weird interaction with a guy I assume was an employee.

I been trying to cancel my membership with these folks for months. Just got billed again today. First I went in and asked to cancel. They said I needed to do it online. Online I asked them two different times to cancel. NEVER AGAIN! Beware. I am going to do a report with the BBB.

I came here from far away to shoot, it was a dream, I was just refused, they said that today is not allowed, I did not understand why today is not allowed and gave another address TOPGo 🤷🏻 , I was upset and left, so the sellers were polite, although I had a subscription is it possible? But I wasn't a tourist or a temporary visitor, I'm in the US with permanent residency you didn't even ask me for ID, I had my New York ID with me , I just don't speak English very well, maybe that's why I wasn't allowed ? Or did you not like my face? But you had no right to refuse me anyway, Somehow I didn't get turned down in Louisiana. Very upset, I will never visit you again because you are dividing people up

These guys are awesome. My wife and I took a weekend trip to Memphis and stopped by for a few hours. The folks at the range and in the store are all great. The range officer was awesome as well. 10/10 will be back. I definitely recommend their membership ΓÇö we had a great time.

Quite an interesting bunch that work at this particular location. The facility overall looks great. Mostly because it's a corporate company, but the staff, not so much. You have a customer following you in, less than 4 paces behind, and you don't flinch to catch the door. I'm looking around the entire store reviewing product and no comes to ask questions even considering Range USA has an open floor plan, no one spoke. I made eye contact with some of the workers but they seem to be more concerned with laughing and doing what ever than welcoming guest. It's just bazar the things you see when you don't fit the mold of customers employees are used to. Hey I get it's a gun range, but a hello, how can I assist you, did you find what you were looking for can go a long way. I would rather take business to a location where people speak and where they polite.

Took my brother here for his 35th birthday. Was super impressed by how clean the range was. Staff was very friendly and informative. Been to other ranges and this one is now my favorite!! Definitely check this place out!!

Very pleasant experience. They recognized I was an experienced shooter and treated me as such, unlike other ranges. Also unlike other ranges (RangeUSAs in particular), they didn't pressure me to become a member. The ranges are clean, well kept, and well organized (they didn't put people in lanes immediately next to each other). The RSO in the lane (I didn't catch his name) was very friendly and personable, and told great stories. I wish the RangeUSA near home was like this one!
