Friendly staff members, awesome location and facilities. Pretty decent selections of firearms to rent. Guns and Ammos are at decent price. My buddy is a member and it's decent monthly membership fees. Also decent amount of parking spots.

Visited the Southgate store and had a fantastic experience. Robert , my salesman , was very professional and informative. I've never fired a gun before and I have a handicap on my right hand that made me hesitant to ever think about being a gun owner. From the moment I walked in I was treated with respect and I felt comfortable even though I was a little nervous. He guided me through all the opinions, let me try about 5 different pistols out and found one that suited my hand and my budget perfectly. He didn't try to sell me something I didn't need and he made the whole experience, exactly what I was hoping for. He even offered the opinions of 2 other gentlemen who were working there at the time ( can't remember their names) but they both were extremely professional. I didn't feel pressured or like I was " just another sale" but felt like I was the only customer there at the time. Ended up going with the Canik Mete MC9 and also purchased a membership. Unfortunately I didn't know that you have to have a pistol purchase permit from my city police station but I will be getting that this Wednesday. I highly recommend Range USA to anyone thinking about getting a gun or looking for a new place to shoot. They have a huge selection and the prices seem fair.

I just had a private lesson with Christopher Elliott. It was my first experience at a gun range. The staff were very supportive and knowledgeable. Safety was their priority. The range was very clean and organized. I would highly recommend a lesson with Elliott.

10/10 recommend any other mom and pop store over these guys, come get your sandwich bag mags, also they do not follow the 3 day Brady rule, they’ve decided they will lean with the government over the second amendment… they tried to tell me if I didn’t leave a deposit they would cancel my background check, but then when I demanded my deposit of 740$ back so I could go to another gun store for a staccato 2011 that does honor the 3 day rule and isn’t packed full of attitude they had a fit and said we don’t cancel background checks we let them expire out 🤣 Come here if you want but I wouldn’t plenty of better options that respect the second amendment

Hi IΓÇÖve been to many ranges in the metro area and Range USA Southgate is by far one of the best IΓÇÖve been to. They have an excellent selection of firearms, friendly staff, and outstanding customer service. This is my new place for all my range and firearms needs.

Wonderful service, they mam who helped my girls was so nice. He took his time and explained everything from safety, the plans they offered, to how to load the fire arm.

Solid customer service when purchasing and shooting! every time I go in I always have a pleasant experience. The ranges are also kept very clean and the selection of products to choose from is awesome! Keep doing great things Range USA :)

Great range , helpful staff. Nate and Robert took care of me . Affordable pricing on range time and membership , I've been to a few different ranges over the years and they are the best overall. Wide selection and comparable prices. Thank you gents and ladies at Range USA , top shelf for sure!!!
