Q: So, the guys at the range counter are super cool. CanΓÇÖt really say that about SOME of the sales folks. They seem to have that ΓÇ£take it or leave it ΓÇ£ kinda attitude.. Some of them even seem irritated when asking questions. This is why I prefer to spend my $ ( this isnΓÇÖt a cheap hobby, cost $ to do this) at the local mom n pop shops where they VALUE repeat customers and show it by the way they treat theyΓÇÖre customers..
A: Got the similar treatment. There is an issue somewhere there with the management. The few times I went there, I had issues with them ignoring me while they all chatted behind the counter

A: I really can't answer that but I would say no you cannot buy a weapon . you can call them and find out I could be wrong and you might be able to purchase one

Q: If my daughter is 18 and I have my fiod , can I take her to the gun range?
A: I would call and ask to confirm, but if it's your child and they are over 18, she should be able to. But again, call and confirm because every range is different.

A: You have to apply at the illinois state police website.

A: Our shooting lanes are typically 25 yards long and can accommodate both handgun and long guns (rifle and shotgun). The ranges are designed by professional engineers with safety and comfort in mind.

Q: Is it still legal to bring my AR at the rifle range even though I haven't registered it due to the new Pritzker BAN?
A: i think we need to wait 90 days after Jan 10, make sure you travel without the mag inserted, and in the trunk of your car locked, trumps conceal carry holders OR YOU GO TO JAIL!!! You cant sell it anymore except to your kidz or out of state, dont even think of giving it to your wife. you need to wait until October 1, before you can register it...(free) I think they want u to wait coz the rifle association might win the case... Tell Pritzker we need more gun stores and liquor stores now

A: You need a FOID card to "look" at a rental and shoot or buy.

A: How does layaway work? Layaway is only available in our stores and is easy to use. The program allows you to place one item at a time into layaway for a period of 30 days. Sale prices apply to the day the layaway startsΓÇöno layaway for upcoming/past sale prices. Once an item is placed on layaway, the funds cannot be moved to a different item. To be eligible, the item must be priced at $150 or more. A minimum of a $100 deposit for items $999.99 or under and $250 deposit for any item over $1000 is required and is non-refundable in order to place an item into layaway. You can put more down if you choose to. You can also make payments throughout the 30 days. A picture ID is required when putting items on layaway as well as for any payments and pickups.

Tim, our instructor, was excellent. He explained gun handling including gun protocols and the importance of gun safety in an easy-to-understand manner. On the shooting range he was very patient and encouraging in his instructions. He made it quite fun, and you weren't embarrassed because you were a terrible shot, he made you want to come back in order to improve.

Every time I've gone (Since 2019), every employee I've talked to has no clue what they're talking about when it comes to fire arms. A RSO one time said my CAA MCK glock conversion kit was illegal when it had a pistol Brace on it. I'm a marine corps vet that was in the infantry and a combat marksmanship coach, and every time I try to do hammer pairs I have an RSO breathing down my neck telling me to slow down even though my shot groups are couple inches and I tell them. I've had enough and canceled my membership I've had for the last 3 years and will never return to a Range USA ever again.

Very nice experience. I had my first gun purchase here and everything went smooth all my questions were answered. IΓÇÖve been here twice to the range and I donΓÇÖt regret it at all! Clean and well ventilated. I recently took my CCL class and had Edward C. Bilski as my instructor. Very nice and professional gentleman. Gets to the point and teaches accordingly. Very helpful with questions and thoughts that you might have. I hope I get to see him again. And also canΓÇÖt wait to go back to Range USA

I went there to go buy some ammo and look at a gun, but it took forever and a day to get someone to help that was four or five people one girl I asked she was doing some, but she was kindly enough to go. The manager I believe was standing around with three other guys my cousin was standing there waiting to look at a gun, and then when I asked about the They said they donΓÇÖt do it. I have to buy it online so the ammo was on sale said free shipping or in store they didnΓÇÖt. They said they didnΓÇÖt have The ammo I was looking for so I had to go online so I went online or try to order the ammo and it was 12 $13 for shipping when it says free shipping So I said you know what they donΓÇÖt want to sell it to me there for that price so Company this is terrible service. If you advertise the price, you should have that ammo there or you should say online price I donΓÇÖt think I would go to this place again

For a first time buyer I called a lot of local & distant shops looking for a great & friendly place to help/ walk me through the process which can seem a bit complicated at times, needless to say I heard about Range USA through a friend and I just have to say what a amazing crew of people willing to help with complex questions about firearms safety up to training as well. Definitely will be coming back thank you so much love my Glock 20 gen 5 mos😮‍💨

The range is clean and well lit. Thr emlpoyees are very professional and the range safety officers are on top of their game. Very affordable and reasonable prices for range time and range equipment. Very friendly. Would strongly recommend this place to friends and family who enjoy range shooting.

came in to the store with a question and was rudely blown off by an employee, asked about buying and AR-15 upper receiver for my rifle which is completely legal. Was rudely told "you'll never find them in this state as its not legal". it is fully legal to purchase wear items for these rifles in Illinois, it is ILLEGAL to purchase a lower receiver for them i then proceeded to look at a revolver they had in stock, a Chiappa rhino RD50, wanting to look at the item and handle it the employee walked away from me without any other words. unprofessional behavior i was so upset i didn't get his name otherwise it would be in this review. ended up going to Midwest guns in Lyons Illinois, the folks there helped me out and helped me find the items i was looking for instead of blowing me off and being rude. DO NOT SHOP HERE IF YOU LIKE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I would give 0 stars if possible they lost a sale on a $1300 revolver today.
