I was recommended by a friend and visited to try the range alone and was turned down and told that I had to wait for a day or come back with a friend for some reason. I went to another range (Top-Gun) and was treated very nicely now I go there regularly.

One of the best ranges in Houston. I love their wide selection of rental guns, membership benefits, and great prices. Furthermore Employees are always friendly and are very helpful regarding recommendations or advice. Overall, I recommend this place to everyone including my friends.

I guess IΓÇÖll start with if youΓÇÖre going to be a gun store that sells optics for firearms you probably want to staff someone who knows about the optics. You sell no shade to anyone specifically, but I asked two employees about their red dot optics for pistols and they pridefully told me that they flat out just didnΓÇÖt know didnΓÇÖt seem too interested in finding out either. Aside from that I had a firearm transferred there and they hit me with a whopping hundred dollar FFL transfer fee, which is the highest that IΓÇÖve ever seen in my 20 years of buying firearms. ThatΓÇÖs just crazy. I would give one star except the sales manager is decent on most days but they also have an employee named Miya whoΓÇÖs really knowledgeable and super nice other than that not much to be desired here Oh, and theyΓÇÖre a little pricey too

A really nice clean range! We had out of town visitors from Australia and found the experience super smooth and comforting for people who havenΓÇÖt shot guns before. All salespeople were friendly, and the range guide Nico was awesome! He was so patient and helpful in teaching us how to load/unload/positioning etc. wish the lanes were a little wider, and the fees for protective gear, and rentals was a little lower. But overall, would def recommend.

I donΓÇÖt understand why the rating here is only 4.1 starsΓÇöI believe it should be at least 4.9 or even 5.0. This is the best shooting range I've been to in Houston! The staff is friendly and professional, offering expert advice on firearms. If you're unfamiliar with certain weapons, they even provide free demonstrations and lessons. There's always a range safety officer present, and they promptly address any firearm issues like jams. The ammunition prices are reasonable, about the same as the market price. Of course, you might find cheaper options elsewhere, but this range has the lowest prices compared to all the ones I've visited. They also have a wide selection of rental guns, with around 50 handguns available, which is quite a lotΓÇöthough I think they could have even more, maybe 100! :) There's a big guy named Luke who is very friendly and professional. I highly recommend visiting this place.

The range and store on Westheimer are exceptionally well-maintained. The area manager has done an outstanding job in maintaining order, ensuring that the customer service experience is excellent. The range is kept in pristine condition, and safety protocols are strictly adhered to. It's a fantastic place for shooting and learning! I love shooting there! Very friendly staff. The lane was clean and everything looked good! But if u check the bill, they charged me more than $40 for just the lane! DoesnΓÇÖt seem right when u have ur own gun and ammunition and it looks too much and kinda rough to me!

Visiting from New Zealand, going to a gun range was a new experience for us. It was also quite daunting as we arenΓÇÖt experienced with guns. This place was superb for us as the staff were so friendly and accommodating and the range supervisor was absolutely brilliant in being good humoured, patient, and informative. The guns on offer to shoot were great, too, and definitely felt more than enough for newbies like us

There is a reason they have bad ratings. Barren place. Overpriced $24/hr range fee, overpriced semi auto rentals, overpriced ammo, only range you cannot rent a firearm on first visit even if you display competency. Even the nicest ranges in town have better prices. Disrespectful staff. Shame. Plenty of experience with firearms. Only came to try out a specific firearm before purchase but I guess I will continue giving my business to the nicer ranges in town. IΓÇÖll take my $100 in range fees and $1500-$2000 in firearm purchase elsewhere. You should do the same if you want any sort of decent customer experience. CanΓÇÖt speak to the other Range USAs in town.

I had an experience here also and it was a negative experience. The employee was supposed to be helpful. Never help us at all the black guy, and he was very mean I am an Asian American man, and I also felt that me and my girlfriend was profiled here as well, attention corporate you need to do better with your company or you gonna lose customers as many other options out there than this place

Well, the RSO the big black guy with dreadlocks paid attention to me and my son everything we did, but the other guys that was rapid firing in the place he didnΓÇÖt never came to them never bothered him so I feel racially profiled here. I donΓÇÖt know why I canΓÇÖt understand that. IΓÇÖm a member. Why was we racially profiled but they allowed the white guys to do whatever they want that makes no sense at all. I will be reporting this to corporate. This is bullshit. You need to do better creeping like this. I will cancel my membership and go somewhere else.
