Q: Do we need a reservation? Are prices listed someplace on the website to use a lane?
A: No reservation needed. I think the website has the prices but its $25 for a lane for 1 hour for 1 person.

Q: Do they rent guns for people who doesnΓÇÖt have one to practice or are interested into getting one?
A: Yes they rent guns , but you need to be with somebody who has experience (i.e been to range before)

Q: Can you use steel case rounds?
A: As long as it doesnΓÇÖt have a steel core you should be good. The range has a list online of rounds that are not to be used at their range.

Q: How much for a CPL out the door
A: Honestly, IΓÇÖm not sure. It was my first time visiting. Wanted to try out different handguns to get a feel for what I would eventually like. Staff is very helpful IΓÇÖm sure if you called they would love to help.

A: Well guess it's the convince I am not sure if you try to sell a gun here could still have the tag they will say only worth 150 😂

A: They have 15-20 lanes, (I forget how many exactly), and every time I've walked in, I've not had to wait for one to open up. I love this place. Clean, friendly staff/patrons, and lots of gear/guns. I became a member here.

Q: How long does it take you guys to log in a gun and call the customer for pick up once the gun is delivered to your store?
A: Please know that our online inventory can be pulled from our store, distributor warehouses and sometimes the manufacturer themselves. Processing and shipment times will generally take 7-14 business days. All orders are processed in the order they were received. We no longer provide tracking numbers for in-store pickup orders, as multiple orders are shipped in one pallet and it can take our facilities some time to unpack after your order has arrived. Once your order is unpacked, inspected and serialized by our receiving manager, they will notify you via email. It's important to always check your spam/junk folder because our automated emails can be routed there. We recommend adding our email to your contact list in hopes of preventing that from happening.

I come here several times a month to use my membership. The staff is very nice and always helpful. Chris M is particularly wonderful. The range is clean and I always feel safe shooting here.

I had a great experience at the Wixom location! The staff was super friendly and helpful, especially Leroy. He gave my husband and me great tips and helped me improve my shot. Amazing customer service. Everyone is super friendly and answers any questions. But a very sincere and special THANK YOU to Leroy! Leroy is Range USAΓÇÖs lead trainer. He willingly gave my wife and I pointers and tips while we were at the range. HeΓÇÖs down to earth, has the finesse needed to be a good instructor in the firearms environment, and made our experience at Range USA feel welcome. We will definitely be back. Thank you for making us better shooters Leroy!

Robert L. did a fabulous job, he was super helpful and really made my wife and I feel welcome, and provided some really valuable tips for both of us to improve our shooting! The range and store were extremely clean and well maintained. Highly recommend!

It was my first time at shooting range , and this was an incredibly positive experience thanks to a Chris, Jaylen and Jeff. I was extremely nervous to be at the range. They walked me through step by step start to finish. I felt supported every step of the way. I was about to leave the range after shooting the gun once. However because of their help ended up shooting multiple rounds and now am comfortable with a gun got home safety. I highly recommend this place due to the amazing staff.

I needed a refresher course after a long break from shooting. My wife also needed training as a complete beginner. I highly recommend taking a course at Range USA with Matt. He was safe, professional and an all round nice guy to be trained by for both our levels. There are closer ranges to me, but I will drive to this one every time due to the cleanliness and professionalism of the staff. Highly recommended.

They have increased their prices since I've last looked. For 3 people to get range time you will be looking at a mininum of $78 not including taxes. $24 for a lane and need 2 lanes, additional shooter $12, "range maintenence fee" (aka just another greed fee) $6 ea person but that's good for a year. Also their ammo is known to be the most expensive in the area, action inpact and Huron valley guns both have more affordable, better quality ammo. This is what happens when you attempt to make a corporate gun shop, it becomes a laughing stock to those in the industry. BTW I use to be the lead firearm instructor here, but left because the pay was just sad, it was amazing to teach the new students coming in but I can't support this organization.

If youΓÇÖre a Legal Permanent Resident, you have to wait up to 7 days after you pass the background check to be able to take possession of your gun. BAD COMPANY POLICY ! Take your business somewhere else.
