Very friendly staff, clean, not many accessories for sale on the shelves for the size of the sales area, basic ammunition, lots of 9mm and 5.56 - I like the place but the problem I have is, I purchased a $650 22lr pistol and didn't even get a free 1/2 hour of range time to try it (probably would have purchased ammunition to shoot too). If you do use the range you are not even issued one target included in the range rental. Not sure the staff is well versed in anything but a black rifles, they didn't even know what a wildcat cartridge was. I'm no expert but I did politely explain.

My husband and I visited Range USA Ypsilanti for our first time over the weekend. The store was very nice, clean and organized. The staff was very friendly and so helpful. We were there to shoot in the range, which I don't get to do often and am still learning. The range officer on duty gave me many helpful tips with my shooting, I really appreciated it! My husband gets frustrated because he can't see what I am doing wrong to miss the target, the range officer watched and helped. We will definitely be returning customers because of this! Thanks to the staff for being awesome!

This place has turned into a complete disaster recently! My friends and I have been coming here a few times a week since they opened and over the last couple of weeks this place has gone drastically downhill. At least a quarter of their range lanes are currently out of order and have been for days now. My friends and I along with another customer were sold incorrect ammo for rental guns (they should know what their guns shoot) the managers are incompetent and seem to be going to the regular employees to ask how to do things. It's taking forever to get help with anything. The range is suddenly extremely dirty and seems like they have stopped cleaning it. I know they recently lost two of their managers that had been here a long time, I think Justin and Kristina? If I were upper management I would be on the phone begging them and giving them anything they wanted to come back because it is clear they were keeping this place going! We are going to give them until the 1st of the year and if things don't drastically improve I think we will be switching to Midwest!

The staff was very friendly. The star was Dre, who took the time to make me feel comfortable shooting for the first time. I would recommend this range to anyone.

I took the Basic handgun class and lucked out and had a total of 4 people helping with the instruction of the class, they were all excellent. I always felt very safe in the classroom and on the range. If you a newbie and looking to start with the basics I would highly recommend this class and had no issues with any of the instructors. They all knew there stuff and would help with any questions you might have.

Why is there a $6 per year "Range Maintenance Fee"? That's ridiculous! Even with a $30 or $50 monthly membership they still want the $6 per year maintenance fee. I cancelled my membership rather than pay the fee and I will go to the shooting range only a couple miles away.
