We were in the range and George assisted our guest who was a first time shooter. He broke down the basics in a way she was quickly able to understand and it made an immediate impact. He was super friendly and made it a positive experience for her!

I canΓÇÖt believe I havenΓÇÖt given this place a review yet! WeΓÇÖve been coming here since they opened. HereΓÇÖs what I can say about this place. Clean, organized and well stocked with a variety of firearms. The prices are decent as well as ammo. We shoot here quite often and when it comes to the ranges they are well maintained, the range officers are very accommodating and attentive. The entire facility in my opinion is A+ We love RELOAD! If youΓÇÖre looking for a great clean safe and very modern high end range this is it!

My friend and I went for a refresh ( we both had not used guns in a long time) Steve Hendershott our instructor provided us with great saftey and use instruction and made us 100% comfortable shooting on the range.

I've never been profiled a day in my life until I came here and it's absolutely absurd you guys will not be receiving my business ever again I've shot here a few times in the past the range is alright but it's simply not nice enough to be treated with in such a manner the customer service was awful and rude do better

This range is fantastic, this is the cleanest range i have ever been to. Very modern, well thought out displays for the store, large well lit ranges of different lengths. Our group had a great time

I was impressed with the quality of the range. As a beginner, I appreciate the knowledgeable staff. In particular, Collin was very helpful on the range, in providing instruction and making me feel comfortable - I will be back.

Clean and safe environment with very knowledgeable RSOs. specifically Jagger, George, and James. Very friendly and my marksmanship has improved dramatically because of tips and tricks theyΓÇÖve shared with me. Highly recommend.

Best gun shop and range anywhere in Tampa. Nick, George and all the guys go above and beyond to help costumers in anyway they can. Sometimes navigating paperwork for purchases can be a little bit confusing but they help navigate for a very easy friendly experience. Not to mention the facility is amazing and they have a large inventory at all times. Must come see for yourself!

I am a tourist from Germany and tried 2 Times Reloud and it didnt work. Each Time I called them before driving over from my Hotel. First Time they said they are open till 9 pm and there is a minimum of 1 hour shooting. We were a German Group of 4 and we were there 7:30 PM we did all the sign and were very ecited. We talked to the guys on the rezeption and then said lets look first ober the shop got some time left - right. At 8 pm we wanted to go shooting, then they said, but only till 8:30 - jeah thanks you could have told us that bevore right ?? I called a few days later that i would come to shoot but this time alone. The guy said ΓÇ₧sure come overΓÇ£ I even called to save a spot in case on saturday is to much traffic .. Well i came there wanted to shoot waited in the lane. The guy asked what wepon etc. i d like to borrow. Then Some staff came over and said: you can only shoot with your own wepon or you have to be in a group because of suiciadel reasons. Wow good that i always said i am a german tourist from germany first time in the us and wanted to try this cause everybody in florida says i should do. But its really hard here. I dont understand that.

This is the 2nd time went to Reload to buy gun accessories for my rifle. I was clearly next in line to buy a backpack, but I was cut by a rude male employee with glasses, mustache & beard who was attending Sig Sauer pistol area. He decided the group of people who were behind me and clearly came after me are higher priority. Never going back to this place again that was the second time of being ignored. The indoor range and store are indeed physically nice, but the quality of customer service isn't top notch.

Today we visited the Reload range with and had a great time! The range officer, Terry, was awesome! Very friendly and helpful. He even assisted me to zero my scope on my new gun. By far our best range experience ever! Thank you for a great time!

Today was my first day here at reload and everyone was great, from the gentleman who told me how complete the waiver to Kevin who assisted me with getting ammo, earbuds and taking payment. Terry assisted me at my lane showing me how to become comfortable gripping my gun. The overall experience was great.

This is the Apple Store of gun ranges! I believe Terry was the name of the range master that helped me scope my riffle in. Coming from archery, I was very intimidated and wasnΓÇÖt sure exactly how to rifle in at 100 yards to get on paper. He was more than patient, even explaining what each grid on paper meant for adjusting the scope. above and beyond what I expected for a range. I will most certainly be back! Thanks Again Terry

IΓÇÖm a tourist. My id is in a app digitally signed by my government. They did not accepted it because it as to be a physical ID. I said that the app can produce a pdf of the ID that could be printed (also digitally signed). That would make it physical. They did not accepted due to ΓÇ£rulesΓÇ¥. Well, I really would like to see the rule where the ID has to be in plastic and not paper. Very hard for me to deal with people who do not use their brains.

Some of the staff are nice but some are really rude or act annoyed when you ask them for help and a range officer was very aggressive and rude over practicing some controlled double taps on the rifle range (while clearly keeping everything on target) and got up in my face and about ripped my head off over it lol kinda Fudd behavior for a place that clearly markets itself as being a ΓÇ£tacticalΓÇ¥ indoor range. ItΓÇÖs a shame really because otherwise the range is a very nice facility and itΓÇÖs really well kept.

You are no longer allowed to stand and shoot a sub gun or rifle at ReLoad Gun Range. You cannot work on any drills, no double taps, no rapid fire or what they perceive as multiple shots. My family and friends no longer go here. We would rather drive to other ranges to shoot.
