It's definitely a place to go to blow off some ammo. The crew here are nice and professional. I like that they sell real hearing protection. Don't forget to register your weapons before coming on post.

I read all of the reviews, and wondered if some of the "one stars" were actually at this location (???) My experience is that the staff is great 100% of the time, they know me by name, and are professional. The range house is stocked with hearing pro, targets, and some calibers of ammo for sale. I go regularly and have met some of the nicest shooters around. I've not witnessed any ND (but have seen a couple of unsafe actions that fellow shooters and staff have quickly corrected.) Mostly however, everyone on the range acts professionally and helps each other out. If you are a newish shooter, some of the more experienced folks will answer questions and offer tips if you ask. Great place to spend a day. As S&E would say 👍👍

Staff please make sure all shooting tables and benches front edge is in line with the forward firing line. A lot of the tables are slid back and is a huge safety issue. If someone decides to go horizontally down the range there should be no room to walk in front of tables people are shooting from. The only walking lane should be behind people in the process of shooting. Its an accident waiting to happen. Please slide them up and either secure them in place or police it more, I know they probably just get slid back over time due to people using them… Besides that I really enjoyed the range. There was a guy and girl there and they were cool people. Their machine was down so bring cash because i think it goes down often. All in all though it was one of the better range experiences Ive ever had.

Can't imagine anyone leaving anything other than 5 stars. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Plenty of space and easy going patrons. Finally, inexpensive price for all day range time.

I go often. The two reviews stating bad customer service must be from somebody without thick skin. The guys who run it are down to earth with all. They make you feel like family. Range is nice and at $6 for members all day, you can't beat that. Keep being yourself guys and thanks for providing a place that all can shoot and feel safe and at home.

I would like to say Thank You to the staff here. Went to shoot with my family and I brought my 4 year old daughter. They politely informed me that she could not go onto the range with us. The lady at the counter offered to let our child stay inside with her and said she would take care of her while we shot. The gentleman that is overseeing the range came by and tell us our daughter was doing well inside. Very kind and friendly staff and our big thanks go out to them!!

Great staff. It's usually run by some friendly, laid back vets. Nobody that pesters you on the range like PSR or Jim's. Range time is cheap and it's extremely easy to get to from Raeford by going in through chicken gate. I only wish they still waited til dusk to close. Brought my nephew here to shoot for his first time and it wasn't an issue either. Super friendly environment.

I attempted to go to the range 18 June 20, at around 16:30, I was addressed as son, not Sir, Mr, as soon as I walked in the door.I think, I know that's not good customer service at all. I will never go there again, Horrible, Worst experience ever.

This range is set up very well for both hand gun and long gun. The membership pays for itself if you are looking to hone your skills regularly. Initially I thought there would be waiting lines but found that if you arrive at opening, there is hardly any other shooter there. It works great for me and my family to practice in peace.

Prices are fair, there are places in Fayetteville that are much higher. Outdoor range is nice, no echo like indoor ranges, but you'll have to dress for cold or rainy weather. Freedom to operate is nice, so ask questions from the clerk/reception how everything works-i.e. silhouettes, brass, target placement, communicating with other shooters, etc. Overall, I love this range.
