I went today randomly on a whim. Got all of my questions answered. It was a good atmosphere, good people. Very easy to speak to them. Shout outs to Riley, made me feel super comfortable with everything I asked. I'll definitely be back soon.

Recently purchased a silencer back in December of 2024 in Florida and had it transferred to Roll Call to be processed and ultimately picked up. During my initial call to the store, I had a staff member tell me they would assign the silencer to me in my Silencer shop account but never got around to doing it. I followed back up the next day, same thing was mentioned but never was completed. After a third time, I finally got a hold of a gentlemen named Ben, whom also said he would help get this completed by calling Silencer Shop directly to address the issue showing up under my account. Ben was the only employee to actually follow through with what he had said to me over the phone and did so in a fast manor. I received a call back within 30 minutes and received the Docusign information to fill out. Giving this 3 stars just because I had to follow up three times with the store in order get this processed. Ben saved the review and ultimately turned around my experience with the store. Thanks Ben, i hope they take care of you there. Your service and prompt action is greatly appreciated! Ask to speak with Ben when calling the shop, great guy!

Wanted to check out the range and the rental policy, and hadn't originally planned on anything other than that, as it's been a little bit since I've gotten to shoot. David W. and Mike K. at the counter and I had a wonderful chat, as they explained the rental and safety policies and got me into the range. Even gave me some pointers being left eye, right hand dominant. Both were extremely professional and courteous and I definitely plan on coming back, and likely bringing my wife, who is new to shooting.

This place is Amazing! Ashton is awesome, helped my father pick out a nice Sig. Showed us everything and gave us sound advice. The whole crew there was very welcoming, spoke with Riley on the phone about a gift certificate, he was very cool and helpful about it. Cant wait to go back!

visited the indoor gun range for an hour, the associates were very accommodating for us first timers. specifically Jeremy at the range counter ran us through safety and was generally very helpful and a total bro. I had a blast with no incidents, very safe and fun.

I donΓÇÖt ever leave bad reviews, but I felt compelled to let others know my experience. I wonΓÇÖt spend money here again because the employee acted both annoyed and rude when I brought my items to the counter. Why bother when there are 10 other places I can get the same item and not feel like IΓÇÖm bothering them to take my money? Capitalism works. Support businessΓÇÖs who value your business. I did enjoy the decor, so they have that going for them.

Ive bought many gyns here and even sold them a few and can honestly say its a great place to buy and sell guns. Ive had friends also buy guns and accessories from them and they loved their experience as well. They are very knowledgeable and will also work with even the beginners. Their shooting range is also great especially when it's cold and you don't want to go shoot at outdoor ranges.

Kyle is an amazing person, he was really helpful with information about a layaway. Ashton answered all questions about the firearm. Riley broke down the difference between firearms so it was easier to decide which one to get. The staff there is super great. They all are very helpful. I couldnΓÇÖt be more grateful for the staff. Sales floor is super nice and the staff is fantastic. Mike K. was super helpful and knowledgeable. The shooting range has very nice target systems but is pretty small and the soundproofing seemed a little underwhelming. The range only has a single, shared loading/prep space and the lack of individual prep space behind each lanes' stall caused some issues. I kept bumping into two nearby shooters as we walked back and forth to grab more ammo/supplies from the communal table. They were nice, but new to shooting, so their lack of familiarity with range etiquette made the unavoidable path crossings fairly uncomfortable. If they were able correct the flow and organization of this space, the size would not be an issue.
