A: Rose City does not have a rifle range.
- Robert Miller (11 months ago)
Q: Do thay provide there own guns or do you need to bring your own
A: Most customers bring their own but they do have guns for rent.
- Johnny Watkins (5 years ago)
Q: If you bring your own gun can you shoot for free
A: You have to pay for shooting the clay targets while playing the different games. Cost depends on how many boxes of 25 rounds of shells, depending on if you are shooting, skeet, trap, 5-stand or sporting clays. Less expensive than any other place I have been to.

Great place to get some practice in! Our group had a great time here, very relaxed and the owner was really friendly.

Love the Sporting Clays course. It’s rustic real and difficult. Love doing it all by ourselves. Suggest you drive UTV to maximize fun. Only one request… there are always a couple stations down and the others run low on clays later in day. Also signage needs some attention. They need better maintenance to make it the best it can be.

It's fairly bare bones for pistol shooting. But, the people are very nice, they have a drink machine and their prices are unbeatable. If you're shooting shotguns, however, you are in luck. They are well set to shoot the clays.

Chris and Monique are a delight and work hard to make sure we always have a great outing. The best place in the area to shoot clays.

So a lot of people complain about the shape of the place. Yes it is dirty, yes it is muddy if it has rained, yes you will have to walk in a washed out gully to the pistol pit. The reason I picked it was that we could bring our kid while we practiced. It is the worst place we have ever had a membership to but we didn't have a kid before so I put up with it. The issue I have is that they were always closed at some point. They will give you a year membership until the end of the year. That means if you walk in in April, you will have a membership that is good until 1231. No prorated deals just the end of the year. The pros are that you can go with your kid, you can bring any family you want along with you for practice. The negatives are that you will never know when them gates will be closed even though they say they are opened and you will have to walk in the worst washed out dump that you have ever walked on to get to a few pallets where you staple up your target.

Warning! Could be shot while approaching range! Looked like a dump! heard shots fired while driving up and notice gun range was only a small angle to my left. Felt very dangerous. Wife wanted me to leave immediately. Why not point the range away from the drive way which was also in poor condition. Very disappointed!

I went to shoot some clays today to break in a shotgun. The service was excellent, the woman ΓÇ£pullingΓÇ¥ for me was wonderful and extremely helpful. Clays were flying and guns were banging. Safety is priority, prices were good. I will return.

It's a nice range and staff is super friendly. I just use their handgun section which could use some work but other than that I enjoy going there. For 100 bucks for the year or 150 to bring your family too it's not to bad.

My first time to visit RCFC was 8 years ago. And I really have enjoyed being apart of the community! Owners are great, family friendly and always helpful. And they have gathered a group of members and visitors who have the same qualities as they have! If you have never shot before, or you have a love for the sport of shooting, you will be glad you visited Chris and Monique Dorsey at RCFC!
