The staff here were rude and told me I couldn't experience shooting without knowing anything. I also called them before I went to ask, but one of the employees went offline after a word. What they say on their official website is open to the public is false, they actually receive a very narrow range of customers, they do not want to do good business

So far my experience has been good. As a first time gun owner, I was looking for a place that wasn't heavily biased towards certain political views and covered in lunacy flags. This place is completely neutral and just focused on welcoming all Americans to exercise their second amendment. The ladies that helped me with my firearms safety certificate test were awesome and helped and guided me through the process of gun ownership to make sure I chose the right one for me.

The facility is great and the staff is nice in person, but totally unresponsive to emails and voicemail regarding issues and inquiries. Seriously, I've been a member for over a year and the next response I get will be the first ever. The store is the same, nice facility and friendly staff, but you can't tell what is actually in stock online and what needs to be ordered, orders take FOREVER to arrive, and they've ignored every message I've sent them or their gunsmith. So to sum up, great facility, friendly polite staff, but horrible communication makes me feel like they don't care about me. Three year update: Pretty much the same. Great facility and staff, absolutely no response to electronic inquiries. Their gunsmith quit almost a year ago and still hasn't been replaced 🙁

Unpleasant and Intimidating Experience I recently visited the Sacramento Gun Range, and unfortunately, my experience was far from enjoyable. The staff was extremely rude and unwelcoming, which made the entire visit uncomfortable. They seemed more interested in intimidating customers than offering assistance or guidance. Additionally, I felt like I was being watched constantly in a way that was intrusive and unnecessary. It created an atmosphere of distrust that made it impossible to relax or enjoy the range. Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience, and I wonΓÇÖt be returning. I think most reviews here are fake

My go to place for weekly practice. Definitely get the membership if you plan ti shoot there more than once a month. Also definitely recommend to check out EDC Wednesday. It is a great practice if you carry daily and instructor is really helpful!

The range is fantastic, with the exception of their ammo prices. I wanted some 9 mm and stated that I wanted the cheapest. That turned out to be 25 dollars. I stated that was expensive, and I was told yes it is. Went to sportsmanΓÇÖs warehouse and bought the cheapest they had and it was 14 dollars. Also they are in between gunsmithΓÇÖs right now. Love the range though.

I just finished my CCW renewal at Sacramento Gun Range and this was the most professional, friendly, and enjoyable experience I have had to date. Mr. Glenn Weatherly, the instructor was extremely knowledgeable, relatable, and a realistic teacher. I learned and retained more information from this one class than I have in years of other "classes" I recommend Glenn and the Sacramento Gun Range to all the folks I know who shoot. Excellent experience!!!

Excellent range! My friend and I had a terrific experience here. Even though it was a busy Sunday, the staff was incredibly friendly, attentive to our requests, and took the time to help us choose rental guns and ammo without making us feel rushed.

I went a couple days back with a friend and I was not disappointed with the range! They had a lot of guns we were able to rent out, the prices were fair, and the staff were super helpful. Esteban was very helpful and patient, and helped answer a lot of our questions. I was truly blown away with the customer service, and the range itself was very tidy and overall great! Will be coming back again in the future.

Professionally run. There are a decent selection of shootin' instruments available for rent on their range. They also have targets, ear and eye pro, and related accessories. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable.

Wonderful place! Friendly staff and a wide range of customers. They were kind and helpful to a brand new person to the club. It felt inclusive and safe. Blair, Paul, and Carter answered all my questions. The range is set up well, and they have great rental choices. I joined the club that night.

Great facility with a huge inventory, plenty of lanes, and a professional, attentive staff. RSO checked in immediately with us and got us to our lane. His quick visual check of our equipment was almost unnoticeable. He chatted us up while we unpacked, left us with a great loaner speed loader and moved on to help the next guests. This place is huge, well run, clean, and obviously very popular. This was our first visit. I'll be back soon to discuss membership, classes, and get my qualifications handled. My daughter and her friend were very comfortable here and had a great time getting more comfortable with firearms.

Can’t rent eye and ear protection like any other sane range. Bring your own equipment, they dont display prices for a reason. Rude, inattentive employee who charge us for the 50 yds when we change to the 25. On top of it all, its next to a elementary school and the gunshot are audible from the outside 😂. Skip much better places and environment.

This is a very comfortable (for all) shooting range and IΓÇÖm glad I got the chance to experience it. It inclusive and had a huge selection of guns and supplies. The only issue I saw was there were not enough RSOs to monitor the range full time and we had a couple fuds that apparently couldnΓÇÖt read the very prominent signs. Otherwise, it was a fun time and nice to find a range that allowed indoor rifle!

A well organized place for everything you need. They sell guns and ammunition, provide training, and they have different ranges for shooting. Above all, they're nice and professional people.

One of the best indoor gun ranges in the Sacramento area. Or dare I say, the best. Competitive pricing, comfortable waiting room, friendly staff, and great ventilation so you're not breathing in all that bad stuff while shooting. It doesn't get better.

Excellent customer service from the whole staff, especially Cliff who encouraged my Roomates and I to get a platinum membership since we go there pretty often. ItΓÇÖll save us money in the long run for using the range and purchasing ammo/accessories. I would highly recommend going here for any first time shooters as I was a few months back, they also do lessons and classes!
