Best gun range experience ever. Me and my family (including 2 grade school kids) went to this range and man where do I start? First we met with Darian who was very patient with us newcomers. He gave us a lot of insight on the equipment and didnΓÇÖt rush us whatsoever. Secondly, upon entering the actual range Joey was very informative and showed us several times the handling of the equipment etc. He even allowed the kids to use his 22 caliber which was easier for them to handle. Great place. I highly recommend.

SRR is a great, one-stop range. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Emmett, John, Hunter and Clayton have assisted me on several visits, and they are always very knowledgeable and happy to help out.

I would never support this place. Got racially profiled at the door, worker assumed I was a felon without checking my VALID IDENTIFICATION. It is 2025 leave that at home.

Highly recommend their LTC class with Glenn, I had such a great experience. Glenn was such a great instructor, he was able to give me tips and help me in areas I was struggling with. He also made the classroom instruction seem less boring with his humor.

Their range is very neat and well kept. They also have uplulas at every lane!🫡😁. They have a great filtration system. Going in, the very first thing I noticed is that I didn't notice the smell of carbon. I used to shoot at spring guns every week, but I'll be going here from now on.

Last time I will ever be going. Very bad experience with employee. Usually with the younger employees I would have a much better experience and they are very understanding. But this time was a much older man. (Older white male, very plus sized guy) who was extremely rude and has anger issues. ItΓÇÖs surprising how they will allow someone with big anger and attitude issues to run an establishment like this. (Not the manager) itΓÇÖs the other bigger old guy in the front

After seeing all the great reviews, I was excited to partake in all this range had to offer. However I was very disappointed. Specifically with the older, big guy running the front desk. Very rude. I would ask basic questions and heΓÇÖd brush me off or give me some smart alec response. (So much for customer service, but I was going to look past that) however, I ended up getting asked to leave due to a misunderstanding on their case policy (which I was fine with, I had no issues with the case thing. What happened was I had brought in a firearm with a case, set it on the counter, he didnΓÇÖt say nothing. I went for the other one, and all of a Sudden itΓÇÖs the end of world. So I was going to put my other gun in a case, then when I pointed out what I had seen last time I was here, I apparently was ΓÇ£giving him an attitudeΓÇ¥ and was asked to leave.. DidnΓÇÖt even hesitate or anything. ItΓÇÖs a real let down. And also this is the reason why young folk arenΓÇÖt into guns. ItΓÇÖs people like that who are rude to newcomers who ruin it for everyone. Thankfully the manager was a pretty chill person, but yea thanks to this I will be taking my business elsewhere. Just beware guys. Maybe I went in on the wrong day or something? But IΓÇÖm not going to back to find out.

Very nice place to shoot the people are extremely polite very respectful and help me and my mom with couple things because we rarely go shoot especially my mother 1st time I definitely recommend the best experience I had in a shooting range

Micah is the absolute best. I had previously walked in to Spring Guns and Ammo a little ways down the road, and left with no purchase and a sour taste in my mouth (see my separate review on them for more details), ended up coming here and was blown away by the professionalism and attention to detail. Micah listened to every thing i wanted in a firearm, sorted out what i wanted from what i needed and got me hooked up with exactly the right purchase for me. 10/10 sales experience. Absolutely ZERO complaints, will be back very soon for my next purchase.

Had a great time with my daughters! Was their first time firing a gun and the they were very accommodating. Offered a .22 to start until they were comfortable enough to try the 9mm. They even ended up with favorite gun!! Excellent customer service, diverse handgun options and a lot of funof you're a gun enthusiast!!!🔥🔥🔥

IΓÇÖve only been here twice and IΓÇÖm not coming back after today. I was told I needed hear protection I was interested in buying some but after seeing the price was a bit too high I asked for rentals and was straight up lied to by the long haired associate and his friend who agreed he said ΓÇ£weΓÇÖre no longer renting out ear and eye protection witch is why the shelve is almost emptyΓÇ¥ so having no other choice I bought the expensive ear pro and was given no receipt not till I was already leaving I see him hand out rentals from behind the counter. And after hearing so much good praise about this range I canΓÇÖt believe I was blatantly lied to just for a sale.

SIM-X… We need more ammo here! Walked in to day to buy 9mm SIM-X ammo but unfortunately they were completely out. Thanks to Joey, I didn’t leave empty handed. Joey gave the best customer experience and was very knowledgeable! Saddle River Spring has gained a new dedicated customer because of that gentleman there!
