Pure fraud and identity theft. I can not stress enough to stay away from this company. Gerard Violette Jr. Was my trainer. He is part owner of the company along with his dad. He took all of my identification info, a copy of my DL, my SSN, and my fingerprints! He charged extra for fingerprints and filing fees, and then he never turned my paperwork into AZ DPS. I've been trying to contact him for a month, and he has ignored all of my texts and hung up on my calls without speaking. I don't know if it's him or coincidence, but my identity protection has since informed me of my information being made available on the dark web. AZ DPS advised me they have received multiple complaints about the same man, regarding the same issues, and advised me to file complaints with the USCCA and local PD.
