A: Hi Sammy, All of our hours are up to date! Our store hours vary slightly from our Range hours, and can be viewed directly on our website. Google will not let us create two sets of hours for the store and range, so we've put these hours in the information section of our listing.

A: Google says you're open on Sunday but the website says the store is closed but the range is open. Its a little confusing is all.

A: It's a great indoor pistol range but alot has changed since it opened. I think it has just taken some time to figure out the market. You won't be sorry when u go its a great place to.shoot.

A: Yes. Only use FMJ or lead ammo. Steel Core/Jacket, Tracer, Armor Piercing or Bi-Metal ammunition is prohibited

Q: Is the gun store open on Saturday or Sunday?
A: The store is open on Saturday but is closed on Sunday. Our range however is open both Saturday and Sunday.

Q: looking for a Sig P365 XL to shoot and buy it it fits my hand. Didn't want to put out the money, only to find that it is too small for my long fingers Do you guys have so I can least see if it will fit my hand?

Q: Can I bring my guns and ammo as an Oregon resident?
A: Yes you can bring your own guns and ammo. Nothing steel core for ammo though.

Q: Is there any rules against pregnant women using the range?
A: This is from their range rules... Pregnant women are strongly discouraged from shooting/being on the range due to health concerns from sound percussion and lead contamination.

A: I'm not aware of any policy forbidding pregnant women from using the gun range, nor have I seen any pregnant women there. I would highly suggest giving them a call, however. With that said, I've seen women of all ages having fun shooting there.

Q: This Google maps is super misleading. We spent 40 minutes driving to make by 7pm, ready to purchase 2 guns. Got there at 605 only to find out they closed at 6pm... Why is there no mention of this on the Google maps?
A: Hi Chuck! We apologize you made the drive out here only for our store to be closed! Our range is open until 7, but our store closes at 6. We also require all paperwork to be started by 5:30, just to leave time for the background process. This is listed on our website, and on our phone lines if you ever call!

Q: Does this range allow customers to rent and shoot fully automatic firearms like uzis or machine guns? My husband has always wanted to fire fully auto weapons and his birthday/our anniversary is coming up.
A: I donΓÇÖt believe they rent fully automatic. Their website has a list of rentable firearms.

SafeFire is a nice convenient place to test fire arms and shoot any you own. The staff are super helpful and offer advice for a better aim.

First time at an indoor shooting range, and I loved it. I'll be getting a membership when I go back. I still suck with pistols, and when I asked, staff helped me figure out what I was doing wrong.

Best experience IΓÇÖve had a range ever. Blake and Ryan did a fantastic job and shared their unbiased opinions on how they felt about what I was looking to purchase/shoot. They were super friendly, and gave some super good feedback while out on range. You feel safe at all times in this range. The retail experience was also fantastic. After trying the fire arms out on range I was able to walk up stairs and the order process was super smooth and easy. The entire time I was there I did not feel embarrassed for not having as much experience as the whole team here had. I plan on coming back much more in the future for an awesome experience!

Safe,clean, and helpful staff. The facility is very nice with a large retail space. The staff in the shooting bay is very friendly. Terry explained everything, and even gave some very good shooting pointers. I live in SW Portland, but am willing to make the 1 hour drive because it is THAT good. IΓÇÖve taken three classes here, which were very beneficial. My mother also enjoys coming here regularly.

SafeFire is an excellent resource for firearm training. Mike, one of their instructors, is a fantastic instructor combining technical tips, good habits, and practical knowledge with a sense of humor and plenty of encouragement! You will learn to be a better shooter and become much more capable of self-defense after learning from Mike. Plus, SafeFire is a terrific place to shoot with electronic target placement and retrieval, continuous ventilation, and friendly range marshals to help you if you're a beginner. I recommend that you try SafeFire for your next shooting or training experience.

Had my first time at the range experience with safefire and I was blown away by how nice and welcoming the staff was. Everything that was expected was explained plainly and quickly and the staff was genuinely enthusiastic about being there and helping us get set up. Cannot recommend this place enough.

All the staff was helpful and friendly! Our range officer, Terry was super helpful and knowledgeable! I had a couple jams and he showed me how to safely clear them and prevent it from happening! Can't recommend these guys enough!

My favorite indoor shooting range in Vancouver. Facilites are clean, professional, and the staff are courteous. Even more amazing is it somehow manages to have RSOs that are polite, patient, and professional. 2025 Update: Was told I can't bring my own targets anymore. Huge bummer as range selection is not that great and overpriced.

Used them as an FFL and they were great. Also a new member at their range. So far, I love it. Staff are amazing, always kindly answer any questions, and the range lanes are easy to use. The range officer in bay 2 today was fabulous. Checked me in quickly and helped me understand how to sight in my red dot, and gave me some advice. Well above and beyond!

Really nice new looking facility with knowledgeable staff. Have used the range several times and taken a beginners class which was very good. Excellent retail section for both weapons purchase and accessories. Highly recommend this place.
