You know how some ranges or gun shops have douches that work there? Not these guys!!! I took my nephew and his girlfriend there two weeks ago for their first time shooting. The guys behind the counter were super chill and super helpful. It's relieving because you never whose working behind the counter. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Another great experience at sensibly armed. These guys are awesome. Always very friendly and helpful. Couldn't ask for better people. If you have a question, they have the answer. If you are looking to purchase a firearm or doing some range time, I seriously recommend these guys. Thank you again, Andy, Brian, and Eric

Great service and very knowledgeable, have done business with them multiple times and will continue to do business with them! Andy and brian will help you and answer any questions you have if you are completely new into firearms so definitely come and check them out! I just wish they have a rifle range damn it! Lol

Great shop and range. Staff are friendly and helpful. As with any range... Follow the rules. They are there for a reason. 😉 Hey @ Albert Hartman... I am not the owner... But I am the manager and am responsible for everyone's safety in the range. Acknowledgement of the range rules is mandatory. I asked you several times to do so... But you didn't. Unfortunately... Because you couldn't complete our waiver... You weren't allowed to use our facilities. I'm sorry you feel the way you do... But the final line on our waiver states "I have read, understand and will abide by all range rules and regulations. Initial here..."

I was never ever treated the way I was as a customer by the owner of a store/shop.of any kind I had insults thrown at me because I missed initialing at the bottom of a form to use the indoor gun range. Like and I quote…. “It’s not my fault you didn’t learn how to read in 2nd grade” And as he throw insults at me, he was waving a 100 dollar bill in my face daring me to bet him I didn’t read the form. Because I didn’t initial the bottom Keep in mind we are in a gun shop and everyone is armed . That’s crazy behavior for any type of store. This is the owner (I believe ) I left to avoid a situation that was just ridiculous I’m a gray hair middle aged man who owns a company . Customers are the blood line and deserve the utmost respect.regardless of mistakes . Period Never again will I go there and urge others to go to the many of other gun shop options out there .

They gained a repeat customer. I spend way too much on this sport and I saved a bunch of money and they saved me from a tragic!! Mistake. Another store which will remain nameless sold me a product minus a crucial part i had no clue I needed. Can't thank you guy enough for the hospitality you showed us. Tony

Prices for things here are a rip off and I know small business have to make $ but I wish I wouldΓÇÖve done more research online as theyΓÇÖre charging almost $60 more than msrp lights and $80 for a $40 sling I couldΓÇÖve bought directly from magpul. WouldnΓÇÖt recommend to anyone I know Reply to owner: you were right on the price of the sling and I was wrong but that same light is on primary for 139.99 I know shops are gonna run more than online but I donΓÇÖt expect to be charged that much more, as for you installing it I didnΓÇÖt bring my AR to you guys everything was installed in my home

Knowledgeable staff! Andy was extremely helpful, not only did he educate me on gun safety but also helped me choose my firearm. I will definitely be back for beginner training. Thanks again Andy and Brian! Not only are these guys spot on with customer service, patience and a commitment to training beginners. I must absolutely thank Steve for training me on Saturday. First off I need to correct any past negative reviews of Sensibly Armed in the past. Those people were either breaking the rules, acting disrespectfully, or are totally naive. Andy and his crew are some of the most knowledgeable gun enthusiasts and sales people that are in the industry. I have a short and quick example of that. I brought in my Zenith clone MP5 9mm pistol that was having issues with a Franklin Armory binary trigger (not cheap). Prior to bringing it in I was shooting my MP5 with a Griffin Optimus suppressor at open range when the trigger stopped working. I brought it into Andy to troubleshoot. Over the course of a few months he called the manufacturer of that trigger 12 times. All of which messages were ignored. Unfortunately we didn't get to get that trigger running at its optimum performance. Now here is the best part. Andy stripped my MP5 down and cleaned the heck out of it. When I came in to pick it up he had quite a story. He said, "dude did you know you had a squib (a bullet that did not fully exit the barrel) halfway down the barrel when you brought it in?" My jaw hit the floor in amazement and said "dude hell no, I didn't know that." He said " you're very lucky the next round didn't go off, and that trigger acted the way it did and failed because you would have had an MP5 catastrophic failure right in your face otherwise." I was shooting 9mm Black Hills 125gr. Subsonic HoneyBadger Ammo. What a way to dodge a bullet, Andy handed me back my MP5 clone and said, "dude no charge, it's all good man you don't owe me anything, I'm sorry we couldn't get it fixed through Franklin Armory" This place just earned a customer for life after that, and it shows the type of people that are working here Honest, knowledgeable, respectful, and trustworthy. Thanks so much Andy and the rest of the crew. You guys are a true asset to our passion and our second amendment rights. Keep up the phenomenal customer service!!! Gino

I've visited Sensibly Armed a lot over the years. Did my handgun training here, and I made purchases. The guys here are awesome! Extremely helpful, have no issue explaining anything I had a question about, extremely knowledgeable about their products! A nice selection of gun rentals, ammo, and guns for purchase. Their range is nice, well taken care of. You can tell they love what they do and do it very well!

I've been looking into local gun ranges where I could practice comfortably and not go too far out of my way and Sensibly Armed worked out perfectly for me. The staff members were very helpful and knowledgeable especially the range officer at that moment who took the time in figuring out obvious issues I had to work on to improve my accuracy and also tested my firearm to familiarize himself with the performance in order to help me even further. The shop itself was very impressive having quality ammo and a nice looking display of firearms to purchase and reasonable prices. They also offer a reasonable membership with some great perks and training for beginners. I highly recommend this place! Ignore the bad reviews and definitely go visit this place for yourself.

Walked in for the first time the other morning because I had some questions for them before I made an online order and used them as the FFL. First impression was that they had a lot of merchandise in the store so for people who want to walk in and find something, they will definitely cater to all. Everyone working was very eager to answer questions and very knowlegdable. I saw negative reviews and it almost stopped me from going. But, after going and having the opportunity to experience it myself I did make the decision to use them as my FFL, now IΓÇÖm just waiting for my stuff to arrive. I will definitely recommend them to any new shooters for an easy experience.

This was my first time coming to a shooting range the person I dealt with was very rude about the whole process. He ask my boyfriend to do a standard test with no live ammo in the gun which we had no problem doing. he then proceeded to say if he points the gun at him again heΓÇÖs going to point his gun at us . I already felt uncomfortable right then and there. I pulled my bf to the side asked if he wanted to go someone where else because I donΓÇÖt like the way he talked to him . If we werenΓÇÖt equipped enough or ready to shoot then he shouldΓÇÖve said that instead of threatening to pull his gun out on us. ThatΓÇÖs all we have no problem getting the training if he even offered that he was very rude and unprofessional

The training information was really informative and easy to comprehend. My instructor Eric explained everything well and answered all my questions. Once we got into the range, he spotted my errors and helped me correct them. Really great training course!!!!

Honest gun smith's ! Brought in my two AR-15ΓÇÖs these guys went right to work like a nascar pit crew no joke!! Repaired my AR pistol and installed my new sight on AR Rifle ! Best customer service you could ask for!! Thank you for all your help!!!

I have been shooting at Sensibly Armed for the past 2 years and cannot imagine myself shooting at any other indoor range. My experience started over 2 years ago when I felt it was time to add a layer of protection for myself and family, but I had a lot of questions. I walked into the shop on a Sunday morning and was warmly greeted by a gentleman named Andy. He took the time to answer all of my questions and gave me the best advice of my life; take a class and learn how to shoot safely. I took that class at Sensibly Armed and I can see why that advice was given. I learned the proper way to handle a handgun safely and how to fire it safely. The staff there knows what they are talking about and have never even tried to be pushy to make a sale. I purchased my first handgun there and I am glad that I did. I am there once a week, every week and have seen the same staff almost every time. Of course staff changes, it changes at every business but some of the reviews posted are simply ludicrous. I have witnessed their interactions with many other customers and have NEVER EVER witnessed any behavior other than that of professionals who know their business and are first and foremost interested in safety. I would highly recommend Sensibly Armed to anyone interested in taking up shooting or is already a shooter and looking to make a purchase. They may be slightly higher priced than larger stores, Like Cabelas, but you absolutely get what you pay for. I have never regretted walking into Sensibly Armed that Sunday morning. I do not generally post reviews like this, but when I happened to read some of the negative comments, I knew that I had to try to set the record straight.
