I brought my firearm to the designated facility for shooting practice. Unfortunately, my initial experience was quite disappointing. The attendant, responsible for managing the entry and exit door within the shooting range, treated me poorly for reasons unbeknownst to me. On a positive note, the manager exhibited respectful and professional behavior. However, the facility itself is rather small. It would be beneficial for the business to expand its space and increase its inventory of both new and used firearms for sale.

My friend and I went shooting at sharp shooters for the first time and Tanya was really knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service, she walked us through the process of checking in and the range rules Will definitely recommend going to sharp shooters! Thanks Tanya for making it a great experience

A good range & decently stocked store. The range can feel a bit cramped when busy & full - mainly on the weekends.

Went in this store and got racially profiled and wasnΓÇÖt allowed to go in the range due to us smelling like marijuana when this is not the case none of us are smokers and our descriptions as people being black with dreads they just tried to make a example out of us when we were just trying to get our first range experience out the way

Purchased a firearm here yesterday. Incredibly quick and easy process. Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Elijah (staff member) had my paperwork processed quickly and I was out the door in under an hour. Highly recommend!

+ Great spot to practice & there are no other convenient spots in the area. + Store members are knowledgeable and helpful. + Good selection of ammunition and accessories - Very poor air circulation compared to any other ranges in the area (or across the US); consider wearing a mask or two. - Range does not regulate rapid fire and commingles long guns (ARs) with handguns (9/45)...as a result; be prepared to experience significant shock waves/sound throughout your experience. Range should consider partitioning long guns/handguns in separate areas or stronger noise partition.

Great customer service and experience. I will be returning.

Extremely friendly and welcoming staff. While the facilities could use some updating, the low pressure, "Welcome! Happy you are here! How can we help?" attitude from the entire staff (especially the RSO) is a welcome change to the attitudes displayed by the staff at the NRA range. You could not ask for a nicer group of folks. In a dream scenario, the NRA's bankruptcy would lead to the Sharpshooter's team taking over their facilities.

Sharpshooters Indoor Range and Pro Shop provides a great experience, thanks in large part to the professionalism of Alton. I took a beginnerΓÇÖs course and he is highly knowledgeable and as a woman he ensured that I was comfortable and confident before going into the range and even on the range he still took his time with me. Alton is patient, clear in his instructions, and always ready to answer any questions. He approaches each customer with respect and makes sure to personalize the experience to fit individual needs. His professionalism helps create a safe and positive environment, making it a great place for anyone looking to improve their shooting skills. Thank you so much for the experience and I would highly recommend Alton as an instructor if youΓÇÖre looking for any courses that they offer he is able to teach it!

Went for a firearms safety course. Love that they have ladies night! Really friendly and knowledgeable staff. Definitely will be back. Gave 4 stars because everything just seemed a little chaotic and thereΓÇÖs a lot of waiting around.

My go to place to fire. My preference is handguns but you may fire long guns if that is your preference. They not only sell but also have rentals so you may try something out before buying. Also, I have used private lessons to improve my ability and have to recommend Carl for one on one.

The female manager with the yellow hair was extremely rude. I have always been treated with respect and show respect in return. This was truly mindblowing. Definitely not recommend. I would like the owner to review the camera footage and see how she was acting with us from the beginning.

The new management is failing. I consigned a pistol here, and it sold in November for full asking price. I went to the store in the third week of January to shop for something unrelated. I didnΓÇÖt see my consigned gun on display, and when I asked about it, it turned out that they just decided to never call me to let me know that my gun sold, and that they owed me a check. They paid in full what we agreed to, but it shouldnΓÇÖt take me coming to the store and asking whatΓÇÖs going on to find out that they owe me money. Besides that, the range is exactly the same as it has always been, but now it cost more money. Another annoyance is how many people smell like marijuana, and nobody on the staff confronts them, or makes them leave. I do not want to shoot on a lane next to people that are stoned. It was once a half-way decent place, but now it is turning into a disgraceful establishment for a higher price. I will not spend another penny at Sharpshooters.

Very professional shop. I went in and asked questions that were immediately answered. I needed to do an ATF Tax stamp and I was helped from start to finish. I inquired at other stores and they didn't offer that service. I'll send all my business here just for customer service alone.

Friendly and helpful staff. Focus on safety. Always come here. Had no problem at all with my transfer. Staff is courteous and professional. The downside is parking is very limited.

I've been coming here for a few months and paying for a membership. I'm generally able to get a lane without a wait on a weekday or first thing in the morning on a weekend which is nice. 90% of the people are great, welcoming, helpful, and professional. There are a few gruff personalities, but I see that at every range. The range officers are attentive and to the point without being bossy. I feel safe at the range without feeling nervous that I might be breaking one of 150 rules. The facility is really overdue for a facelift. It is showing its age everywhere you look: in the tables at the lane, the floor, and the target equipment. Many of the control panels at the lanes are faded and difficult or impossible to read, and the tables are rickety. Lanes are pretty tight. You can fit 2 people without it being too crowded, but 3 or more people will force someone into the aisle where you'll be interrupting foot traffic of people moving about the range. Rentals are plentiful but not varied. As long as you want to shoot a 9mm Glock, you should be happy, but if you want to try out a few new things, you'll likely be disappointed. There are a few non-Glock handguns to rent, but pickins are slim. Rental prices are fair, but not cheap. You need to use their ammo which is more expensive than what you'd buy elsewhere, but this is standard practice for any range I've been to. Parking isn't great, but it's never been a real problem either. You might end up on the small service road adjacent to the building on a busy day. If there's a wait, grab some wall since there is nowhere to sit down. Compared to the competition, the NRA range has zero rentals, a lengthy prep/training quiz before you can go out on the range, and a nervous vibe that you're probably doing something wrong even if you practice safe firearm fundamentals. It's in better repair and has places to sit down if there's a wait. It's also cheaper if you only go to the range 2-3 times a month. SEG in Ashburn is better in just about every way except location. If you're close to SEG you're probably not even reading this review. Overall, location and the people draw me in for a monthly membership. It's always good to talk with the staff, but the facility is not nice enough for me to plunk down for an annual membership. I'm hoping something else opens nearby.

Paid for a stall but ended up sharing with another group, because there was no space and itΓÇÖs very small inside the stall no way IΓÇÖm paying 68 dollars again for two people for 1hr just to share it with another group.

No probs with staff, my gripe is with the poor ventilation, and lack of parking. They need a way stronger exhaust system and place is always too dang occupied, which is great for business but sucks for people who canΓÇÖt ever get in. No doubt itΓÇÖs because there arenΓÇÖt any ranges nearby, else this place would be on my B list due to the lack of cleanliness and overall ghetto vibes.

I use to come to for gunsmith work. Now they donΓÇÖt anymore gunsmith. Very inconvenient for me. I will not ever be coming here again.

IΓÇÖve been here twice and both time ive been met with unwelcoming workers; both at the desk and the corridor before walking into the range. IΓÇÖve been to many ranges and this by far marks the most unwelcoming and uncomfortable experiences. I would only come here if there is no other place open or to just purchase firearms / accessories

I have been coming to this place for the last two years, not knowing anything about weapons and teaching myself how to operate a weapon. These guys at first took care of me and were very reasonable with me knowing it was my first time shooting. I then purchased a weapon from these guys the past February and had a very good experience purchasing my first weapon (Glock49 Gen5). Today I decided to take my family out to shoot our weapons for some target practice and delt with so many entitled customers, having an altercation with a customer who genuinely thinks he owns the place. Now I expected these workers to handle this situation professionally, to then igniting the fire even more. They sided with this Karen for absolutely no reason and made my experience a living hell. We spent over 300 dollars and they thought it was a good idea to jam us in one lane. We brought over 6 weapons and ONE LANE. Very unprofessional and do not recommend coming here.
