Needed to ship a firearm to an FFL in another state. From my initial call with Courtney to her taking care of what I needed done, service was beyond exceptional. The whole process didn't feel like a transaction, but rather like a friendly, casual conversation over coffee. Mike chimed in when he could as he took care of other business, and shared the story behind the business name. I am very happy to have found Sheepdog, and I will definitely recommend them when asked. Even picked up one of their awesome hats to rep.

Second review: If I could give Sheepdog 6 stars I would. From my initial phone call to my CCL class with Chief Scully and Vince, I was treated with the utmost respect and professionalism. I highly recommend Sheepdog’s CCL class as the instructor Chief Scully is amazing at what he does. He has forgotten more about law enforcement and concealed carry than most will ever learn. All in all great people to do business with…🤘🏽

CCL class here was great, very informative chief wanted us to leave the class feeling more knowledgeable about firearms and more comfortable in using firearms and overall defending ourselves god forbid we have to use lethal force, Chief Scully was a great instructor and funny not a dull moment in the class, if could I take the class again just to hear all the stories Chief has to tell, I would 10/10, Vince was great help too Great guys, I recommend the class.

Have bought several firearms there and just finished a class. Steve and Mike have top notch customer service and are very helpful. Always enjoy going in there, prices are fair, and it's a great environment. Would recommend to anyone.

I took the 16 hour CCL class here with my dad and I must say we walked away with more knowledge than anticipated. Between Brent Cash, Tom Skully and Vince we learned alot about what it means to be a conealed carry holder. The amount of responsibility it takes to hold a CCL, the amount of training in which a person should have before carrying. The laws which can be very confusing at times but with enough research explain themselves. I most definitely plan to shoot here from now on and in due time plan on taking some classes, wether it be self defense, weapon retention or first aid. I must add that the 3 of these guys kept ot interesting, engaging and fun throughout the whole process as to make it not feel like a college class. I plan on being back soon to get some more time on their range. Awesome people to be taught by!

Great selection of firearms to handle & choose from. Leaving a 1 star review due to the fact that they had a toys for tots raffle that was never announced or followed through. People went out of their way to purchase a new $20 toy for a good cause and a chance to win a firearm but it was never followed through.

Do NOT let their response to customers reviews discourage you from going (that was my mistake). They are very knowledgeable and patient with new gun owners. They have thee best prices in the area 5/5

Zero customer service skills on gunbroker. Rude and condescending. Was trying to send me to collections but couldn't tell me over how much after I pointed out a vague policy regarding in store pickup of products. Then they lied and said I didn't pay when I did after they threatened to send me to collections. I'm assuming they were going to send me to collections over $36 based on their 20% cancelation fee? Based on this review and this business's responses to low reviews I'd stay away.

Never heard of this company. They had a decent deal on a product I was checking out & advertised FAST shipping. Well five days later with no shipping notification I changed my mind about the product & asked to cancel it. I was told they can't cancel or take a return on the product as it's now finally been shipped (still no email notification update about that either). Now I be stuck with something I don't want anymore. Obviously there's a reason I never heard of this company in the first place & won't waste my time doing business with them again!

I don't really like this shop. They want WAY too much information to give to the government just to buy ammo. Scan your ID, address, name, what you ate for breakfast, etc. They lie a lot too. False advertising on their ammo and they said they would correct it, but never did (no surprise there) and they lied to my face when I was trying to figure out the price per round between the different ammo they have. The one that was more expensive was the one they told me was less expensive. And after they con you with that they say there's no return on ammo 😒

Went as a first time buyer left as a family member. Customer service amazing prices fair and a very patient and informative group of people. A great place to go for multiple options on training classes to learn more or refine your skills, or just to shop for some of your everyday firearms needs. Once you check them out once youΓÇÖll keep coming back. The Sheepdogs got you covered and they donΓÇÖt disappoint.

They go on GunBroker.com and list items with a 20% cancel bid fee and limited information, then threaten to send collections when you try to get more information before purchasing. Extremely rude and started calling me a deadbeat for trying to work through a problem with them. Just a horrible experience over a $500 gun.

Super dope place good vibes , my only issue was the lack of enforcement of mask wearing in the class room portion, itΓÇÖs still a pandemic guys .... come on , but besides that I enjoyed my experience and the things I learned . Goooooo sheep dog but with those mask .
