Shoot Smart: Range. Training. Gunsmith

Went to buy a Glock 19 at Shoot Smart with a friend of mine this past Tuesday, February 26. The gun store was closed, so we walked over to the shooting range and was told the the gun store was closed due to people not showing up for work. Come back when they were opened. The man and woman were not helpful they just stood there staring as if waiting for us to leave. My friend asked about shooting of an automatic rifle. They lady, instead of answering his question, looked at him and just said...expensive. I went there hearing excellent reviews from friends. I was looking forward to buying my glock 19 there to add to my collection but not at Shoot Smart. I was very disappointed, to say the least...

Excellent facility, great staff, good pricing. Enjoyed the veterans' discount. The Private lanes are terrific. Been there twice at the East Fort Worth location, will definitely be going back.

The private Suites are supreme in DFW. Can draw from holster. Can double-tap. Can shoot rifle & pistol. Great service. Knowledgeable staff.

first time here. decided to bring my friend from Germany. And it wouldn't be a trip here in America without god, guns and freedom!!. staff was very welcoming and down to earth. And very facility is very clean. the private booths are awesome because you don't have to shoot right next to someone and is much quieter than normal ranges would highly recommend

I bought a membership online the day before I went, however when I went the next day, they charged me full price for the ammo I bought and the lane I rented there (which is supposed to be discounted with a membership). I wouldn't have minded them refunding me and calling it their mistake, but then they proceed to try to justify this by saying their system somehow doesn't communicate to the system where I purchased my membership (?). The employees then tried to blame me by saying that I should've been the one to say I had a membership, when I had been here previously and the guys that were there then asked me before I even checked in if I was a member. I thought they hadn't asked me when I came in because I was under the impression their systems would be functioning enough to recognize I was a member and therefore there was no need to ask, but I guess not. They then tried to "compensate" me with two free lane rentals, which I could have gotten anyways since I have a membership, but when I pointed that out, they said "well, you can always have your party pay so you don't lose any money". Trash service unfortunately, which sucks because this is my local range and it's actually really nice, but it sucks that they overcharged me and didn't honor any of their discounts advertised on the site. 0/10, definitely shooting somewhere else and would recommend you do too.

The employees are very nice and knowledgable, lanes are always clean and ready to go and they have pretty good prices. The gun smiths though well I have had to take back my sig 2 times to get the compensator tightened and a red dot on my TTI combat had to be tightened a second time and will need to be sighted again. ItΓÇÖs still a great indoor range.

Find another gunsmith,, was quoted $75 to drill and tap scope mounting holes. They also added about a $40 rail so my bill shouldΓÇÖve probably been $120ish. Bill was $265 without any explanation when I picked up the rifle..

Love this place. It's the only place that I could think of where you can go shoot and practice from concealment or from open carry. FUN SHOOTS are fun! I love my new shirt they handed out to participants on 11/9/24. Thank you, guys. Always fun!

My girlfriend and I took our first shooting class here as tourists and had a great time. Very informative and beginner friendly. Feel comfortable to go to a range now.

The private booths are super nice and the staff is great. They have everything you could need including a classroom. The targets are all electric so they go to the distance you touch on the screen.

Had a brief time to get to the range. IΓÇÖve been pondering acquiring another pistol. They have quite a selection of rentals. Was able to buy ammo and rent the firearm I was looking at. Very reasonable price. Staff was helpful and shared their experience.
