I had an excellent experience with Christian at the range! Although I had prior shooting experience, I was struggling to find a pistol that felt comfortable in my hand. Christian was incredibly helpful in guiding me through different options, taking the time to understand my preferences and hand size. He patiently let me try out several models, offering valuable tips on grip and fit. Thanks to his expertise, I found the perfect pistol that felt like an extension of my hand. I truly appreciate how much he cared about making sure I had the best fit for my needs. Highly recommend working with Christian if you're looking for expert guidance and a tailored experience! Honestly, some of the most knowledgeable people I have met. Christian was incredible and helped me instantly fix an issue IΓÇÖve been trying to correct for a few years now. Christian came around multiple times checking on everyone in the range and would ask if he could give advice. It was not unsolicited/unwanted advice, he made sure it was okay before. It is very clear he is in a career he is passionate about and enjoys educating others. I wish we lived closer to this location because we would always go there due to the hospitality of this location. If you need some insight and Christian is there, heΓÇÖs definitely your guy! 10/10 recommend.

I had an issue after a gun cleaning where I potentially scarred the rifle barrel crown. Sam (Alliance location) was able to assess and confirm no damage was done. All in less than 12 minutes. Thank you Sam!

This was our 2nd time shooting at the Alliance location and both times had been a very pleasant experience! The staff has been extremely nice and courteous to us. Christian one of the range officers helped my girlfriend and her nephew with their grips and have them tips on his to improve their shooting. Such a great place to shoot! We will absolutely be repeat customers!

The staff here is amazing. Christian is absolutely patient and willing to talk you through shooting. Brought my nephew out to shoot and Christian took time to talk him through grip. It's not a rushed environment.

Had a great time at the facility! Skip and Noah went above and beyond to ensure our visit went smoothly. My daughter, her first time at the range, was very pleased with the hospitality, cleanliness and organization. The the lanes went out to 15M and were quite suitable. Lane systems worked well and pricing was fair. Thanks again, very much appreciated!

We came for my little brotherΓÇÖs birthday and had such a great experience! My mom and him had already come prior but it was my first time and Kaila had so much patience in getting us set up and explaining how it works and then passed us on to Jegar who set us up in the suite and explained to us the basics and went super in depth about all the safety precautions. At the end, Noah helped us pay and was super kind and respectful! Overall one of the best experiences weΓÇÖve had anywhere and definitely recommend for anyone to come!

Extremely friendly staff. Pretty cool selection of firearms to rent (I did not use this). Rented a private suite for holster draw and bought 2 targets. Very good pricing for what you can get out of it. Will most definitely be back to this location!

I am a novice in all things firearms. In fact, the first time I went to a range (different one), I was so unnerved be sounds of shooting, I left before ever touched a weapon. Fast forward many years to 2025 to my first visit to THIS shoot smart. This no pressure approach was necessary for me. I was NERVOUS. the "main" gentleman was willing to hear my concerns and fears and put me in touch with newer employee, Noah who babied me a bit more and explained the process of renting, pros of gun ownership. Tbh, they were amazing at making this process fun and distraction. Be the end of their pep talks, I very ready to practice. Noah stayed with me for a few minutes, until I comfortable and started shooting. I wasn't a terror! They both encouraged me and I asked even more questions. By the end of visit 1, I was already planning my return. It was important for my wife to comfortable as well. We came back on a Friday and while it was busier, I was me confident. We got in quickly and I saw my wife gain confidence the same way I did as the staff volunteered help when she required it. We found another thing to do together and it's a great place to learn. I will return and will likely purchase my first firearm there. The deals are ok, the facilities are great but what made these experiences worth reviewing is the people. I was apprehensive before and was even moreso with my wife in tow but these folks are prepared to make you comfortable. A different gentleman talked to us about gunbrands, discussed home defense strategies and anything that we wanted to know (storage/training/memberships) all in all, if you are afraid to go to a range or at all in need of questions answered irt weapons, this is a place I would suggest. I'm already pricing out our first weapon but I won't purchase until I pull something similar off their rental wall. Thanks for reading. -James
