The staff is usually great but IΓÇÖd encourage you to avoid checking in with a specific staff member named Caleb if you value your time. He is not a direct communicator and doesnΓÇÖt seem able to adapt quickly when the location gets busy. Caleb ΓÇ£accidentallyΓÇ¥ wasted 90 minutes of my time by allowing others to jump queue in front of me, despite standing 6 feet away from him the entire time. The range facility and other staff are solid at 4.5 stars but IΓÇÖd encourage you to avoid this specific team member or visit one of the nearby outdoor ranges instead.

Excellent teacher welcoming of all skill levels. As someone coming in with no experience other than movies and video games it was an overall easy and enjoyable time! Please just be sure to listen to the instructors. Failure to comply might mean hearing what a drill sergent sounds like 😂

My sons and I went to the Arlington/Grand Prairie location and the customer service was excellent. We had not been to the range in quite a while, but the facility was clean. The staff was very very nice and they got us set up quickly, and we had a good time. WeΓÇÖre already looking forward to our next visit.

The gentleman on the phone was rude. I inquired about arranging an outbound transfer and was told “I have never heard of us doing that because it’s tedious.” Cool. That wasn’t what I asked. He then went on to arrange a manager to call me back about me which never happened. Too bad! Got my money back so gfy 🤗

I was in need of practice for concealed carry class. Robbie helped with the refresh. Range looks cared for. Special hand soap available in bathrooms for post practice cleanup. On different day rented a gun to test; staff covered features thoroughly. Sufficient parking on my weekday shooting. Staff is attentive & I felt safe.

Took a friend for her first time at the range on a Sunday. Though it was a little crowded, the staff kept us updated on our wait time even though it showed on the screen in the lobby. Staff was very helpful in helping a 1st timer select a gun and also checking on us in the private lane to ensure we we were okay. Reasonably priced compared to others in the area and plenty of parking. 10/10 recommend !

Got my 1911 ignition kit and trigger install in 30 mins . Staffs is very professional and it cost me only 50 bucks. I can ask for more . My experience is wonderful.

it was the worst experience. I paid too much money for ammo and for AK47, but I couldn't shoot as the gun was broken down. Furthermore, they didnt give another weapon and my money back.

If I could leave 0 starts I would. I joined the line on the mobile queue 3 hours ahead of my ΓÇ£estimated wait timeΓÇ¥ I called when there was 1 person ahead of me in line and asked if the 57 minute wait time was accurate. I was told to go ahead and show up as they had 3 lanes clearing up. Upon arrival I was told that I joined the online queue a long time ago and I had to be placed at the end of the line. I waited for over an hour in line before just leaving. My point is I called and was told to show up and when I show up I get removed from my spot and placed at the end of the line. WouldnΓÇÖt recommend going here.

This is a great range, Bill and Caleb were super helpful in trying out the pistols and walking us through their range rental selections. Everyone in the range was very friendly. Great place to go shooting. The range was clean and well maintained.
