I had a fantastic experience at Casselberry Shoot Straight thanks to Alex, one of their amazing employees. I came in close to closing time, but Alex was incredibly patient and never made me feel rushed. He took the time to walk me through all of my options and was genuinely eager to ensure I found exactly what I was looking for. His knowledge and friendly attitude made all the difference. It's not often you find such dedicated service, especially when you're shopping near closing time. Thanks to Alex, I left feeling confident in my options and appreciative of the exceptional service!

Poor customer service. Evedendly ,this place is so busy they do not feel the need to be kind. Apparently if you are a women , Mondays are the best time to go, free of judgement and rude men. I will say Rachel the manager was amazing and really tried to de-exculate my anger,however as a woman of 62 I have become less tolerate of nasty customer service.

Man, I had a blast with my girl yesterday. This has always been my goto for an indoor shooting range in central Florida to practice my shooting. Lest i forget the amount of firearms and firearm accessories I've bought here. The pistol that I EDC with was purchased here as well. To include the EDC of a friend of mine as well. This is a phenomenal establishment and I'd recommend it to anyone!

John working at the the ΓÇ£tactical counterΓÇ¥ on 02/02/25 gave me outstanding service. John was helpful with my firearm transfer and immediately told me about a small issue with my rifle (used) that he noticed before handing it to me for inspection. Employees like John are the reason I continue to use Shoot Straight for my firearm transfers.

The personal service provided by Shoot Straight is so impressive, when you enter their facility you're greeted with a smile by welcoming staff. Darby has consistently provided superlative service especially on a recent visit when seeking guidance for a purchase. He is patient, answers questions and provides an education not just information. Rachel and JR are always attentive to my questions, both so helpful, knowledgeable and instrumental with my decision making. The information Darby, Rachel and JR imparts enables clients to make well informed decisions. They are to be commended for excellent customer service and are true assets to Shoot Straight Casselberry.

First time at Shoot Straight. Place is well stock on guns and got a shooting range. Got help from J.R. very helpful and knowledgeable. Purchased my first handgun. Definitely coming back soon.

Solid range and staff. The AC is kicking and all of the stall target tracks function as they should. They have spare target clips readily available and it is spacious enough for groups. My two big gripes are the stall benches being very narrow and not going completely across the stall. This makes setting rifles and long guns on it very sketchy and they need to be perfectly balanced to ensure they don't fall and hit the floor. The partitions between stalls are also a bit too short, causing ejecting shell casings from your neighbor to fly over into your bay. If they weren't hitting my firearm or optic, I was getting tagged by hot casings from my neighbor on my arm. Not cool. Otherwise, great range and competent staff. NFA friendly, which is a big plus for me. My photo shows the lack of bench area covering only half of the stall, hopefully they can make some changes in the future.

The staff particularly JR, Darby, Leo and Grant took the time to understand my needs and provided insightful recommendations, ensuring I found the perfect firearm for my requirements. I appreciated their emphasis on safety and responsible ownership, as they offered advice on storage and handling. The store is well-organized, making it easy to browse through the different sections. Pricing seemed competitive, and they even had some great deals on select items. Shot out to Grant who helped me load ammo the entire time I was there, thatΓÇÖs customer service at its highest level. Overall, itΓÇÖs a top-notch establishment for anyone interested in firearms. I left the store feeling confident and satisfied with my purchase. Highly recommend!

Alex the new guy and his trainer J.R., spent more than enough time and patience showing my sister-in-law several handguns fit home defense with intent to get her ccw at a later date. Despite her not purchasing a weapon at this time, I know she left feeling she had a greater knowledge of her options and felt more comfortable she will choose the right firearm when the time comes.
