Bought my first gun today! It felt like a daunting task at first, but Nolan was extremely welcoming and knowledgeable. He made the whole experience easy and fun, while also helping 3 other costumers. Give that man a raise! Would be great if they sold some belts for concealed carry as well!

Thought we could stop by and shoot off a few rounds before our flight to kill some time. We were instructed to sign the waiver first. Then weΓÇÖre told that we couldnΓÇÖt borrow one of shoot straights guns unless we were a member, or carried a concealed carry license. We carry Wisconsin CC licenses which has reciprocity with Florida. But even then they donΓÇÖt allow us to rent a gun. We were there literally trying to give them money. But their dumb policies prevented that. They then openly recommended we go down the street to somewhere called reload. Either way, bad look. Edit/response: We do have our conceal carry licenses and I already knew your policy was moronic. If you want to discuss it further I suggest you take it up with those responsible for writing your policies, and make adjustments that allow those that are legally allowed to conceal carry in your state (with certification) to rent firearms. Furthermore why even make us sign the waiver if you wonΓÇÖt let us shoot? Maybe start there and donΓÇÖt waste peopleΓÇÖs time/capture their information for no reason?

While the staff was courteous, I observed several serious safety issues during my visit. The most alarming problem was the extensive accumulation of spent shell casings throughout the shooting lanes. These casings covered the floor from the shooting positions all the way to the entrance, creating a significant slip hazard - particularly dangerous for people handling firearms. The range's supervision was also concerning. No range master was present in the shooting area to monitor safety protocols, as staff remained stationed at the front counter. I witnessed multiple unsafe practices by patrons, including: - Carrying firearms back and forth between shooting positions and preparation tables - Handling firearms and ammunition simultaneously while moving around - Leaving firearms unattended on tables This lack of supervision and enforcement of basic range safety protocols creates an extremely dangerous environment. The combination of tripping hazards from uncollected casings and improper firearm handling makes this facility unsafe. I left immediately upon observing these conditions, as the risk of an accidental discharge seemed unacceptably high.

Word of advice teach the employees not to deal with another customer when you have people identification in hand one of your employees lost my driver license and tried to make a statement that he gave it back to me when they reviewed cameras but I only got my new range card not my drivers license. I checked all my pockets and wallet and no driver license he lost it and I want to be reimbursed for my replacement.

Very large selection of firearms and accessories, but certainly over priced. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable if you are able to actually speak to one of them because of how busy the place can get. Originally went to this location for the range, but they only have a few bays and the wait/number of people waiting was astronomical so just did a little shopping instead. Was double charged for a box of hollow points that is still yet to be addressed. All things considered, if you are buying your first gun and are looking for a nice storefront and are okay with spending a little more for the shopping experience then this place isnΓÇÖt a bad choice. But if you are knowledgeable about firearm, you will find much better prices elsewhere. They did have some cool custom pieces that I have yet to see at any other shop so there is also that. All things considered itΓÇÖs a good store with good staff and youΓÇÖll pay a premium for that.
