Just purchase a Walther today!! And man Jay G is outstanding in customer service. He helps and has a lot of knowledge on all the types of guns in the store. Staff is professional and friendly. A bit overpriced for the indoor range. Wish they had more lanes as the range seems to be at max capacity every day I try to go shooting. Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. So there's no point in getting a membership. Need to expand the range, but that's easier said than done.

I would describe myself as an experienced firearm buyer, you can do better than Shoot Straight. They are significantly over prices, their range of inventory is really not what's expected for a store of its size. And please, do not use their gun range, it is filthy, worn out and frankly unsafe.

Purchased a gun here 2024. Received a coupon with purchase for a free hour at the range. Went to get everything ready to go to the range and didn't realize there was an expiration date on the coupon. It expired 12/31/24. Today is 1/3/24, so I called to check to see if they would honor it and they said no. I just wanted to shoot one box of ammo so it wouldn't even be an hour. I could understand if it was weeks or months past the expiration date but it is 3 days. Would honoring a coupon that's 3 days expired really be that detrimental to business? It's not a sales coupon, it's not breaking any codes or laws, it's just allowing a customer who purchased a firearm from you the opportunity to shoot it. AND gaining a sale as I would be purchasing ammo there too. This was an opportunity to make a customer happy at zero expense to the business and they absolutely fell short.

Jay made the membership sign-up painless and fast. Shopped for a shotgun for my son and Mike had all the answers about the differences between brands and youth shotguns. Their prices very competitive from what I found online. Ended up purchasing shotgun and when I picked it up Jay got me out of there quickly. Overall great experience. I will go back to pick up one of the many 9mmΓÇÖs they had on sale.
