Shoot Straight processed an authorized transfer for me after purchasing a rifle from a 3rd party. Hillsborough County has a 5-day waiting period, but that was satisfied during shipping so I was able to pick up weapon same day -- 40$ total. My background check took longer than normal for the State to process but Logan was extremely patient, understanding and was a great conversationalist while we waited. Will definitely be returning for future business.

Was told at the gun show that I could pick up my gun on Friday. Nope. Come back tomorrow. Come back Saturday and stand in line for 45 min as employees stand around or help other customers. I guess if they have your money you arenΓÇÖt a priority. Disappointing.

Was told someone smells like marijuana while standing in a crowd of people which one of the employees came to the conclusion that it was me or my wife before me and my wife talked to him we spoke to a couple other employees and not one of them said that we smelled like marijuana I told him repeatedly that I do not smoke nor do I smell like smoke he seem unsure about who he thought it was and told us one of us would have to leave so we both left I've been going to this place for years bought my first gun there and many more and I am also a member there too I'm honestly thinking about canceling my membership and taking my business elsewhere I felt insulted

Came to pick up my toy from gun show- was a long line and waiting process. Make sure you come in early. When they tell you 3 days wait period at gun show itΓÇÖs not itΓÇÖs 5 business days and go the next day to pick it up. Logan made it an easy process once helped he did all the work. Excellent and very professional highly commendable. Thanks for your assistance and made it easy for me.

I placed an online order and had it shipped to shoot straight (a gun shop i trust and who i know is always professional). I got a call from them the same day it was delivered, had to wait 5 business weekdays before I picked it up Saturday. The sales rep TC was absolutely amazing, attentive and professional. Waited a few minutes for my background check (this cant be avoided) and I was called up again and walked out with my pickup order. I recommend them for everyone who needs anything gun related or as a location as a dealer. They also have a range, ammo, stuffed animals on the walls and more!
