Went in today to purchase a DD MK18 and the staff were completely professional and helpful. They explained different options and helped me pick out something that works for me. Apart from accommodating and being super patient, they took the time to make sure everything with my purchase was ok. I want to give a special thanks to Jason and Matt for taking care of me today!

The first half of buying my first hand gun was great until it came time to pick it up. The day that I was supposed to pick it yo called in advance to let them know that I was running 2 minutes late because I was getting off my shift at the hospital and there was some light traffic. I was able to make it at 7:02 pm to the front door while there was still customers inside. Based off our phone call I thought it would be okay to still be able to pick it up since thatΓÇÖs all I had left to do. Joe the manager saw me outside and said that it was too late even after calling ahead and letting them know the situation. IΓÇÖll will get in contact with HQ about it because thatΓÇÖs not customer service I received on my first visit.

What an amazing experience. It was my first time there and being a woman i was a little unsure but they made me feel so comfortable especially Alex. So much so that I ended up getting a monthly family plan. Definitely will recommend Alex and the team to family and friends.

By far some of the worst customer service in the world. Showed up at 11 am when they open and waited an hour for a lane in the range (told us about 30 minute wait) come to find out they never put us on the list even though he said he would call us up when the next one opened. On top of that would not let me shoot NEW brass 9mm ammo that I had brought, said it was ΓÇ£banned from our rangeΓÇ¥. Not to mention not one employee acknowledges you when you walk in or even standing right in front of them needing help.

Brought my Godson here for the first time and had an amazing time! It was a Saturday and crazy busy but the staff was courteous and the customer service was amazing. Alex specifically was phenomenal. We’re not as experienced so whenever we had a jam or needed any assistance, he was more than happy to help. I ended up signing up for a monthly membership (crazy affordable) and I’m looking forward to taking my fiancé and daughter.

Great inventory. The staff is very knowledgeable about their products. Thwy are all cordial, and attentive. They are a very busy shop most of the time, so if you want help, most of the time you have to wait a while for someone to free up. They didn't stock any 10 mm for my range ammo, so that was disappointing. If you are shopping for a firearm this is a very good place to do it. If you are looking for a place to hit targets on the weekend expect a wait time. I really do like this shop and the guys that work there.

Great experience definitely get the monthly membership, itΓÇÖs a no-brainer because of the value. Felt staff was easy going and stress free to work with. Found Shoot Straight to be one of the better fun ranges out there. Never felt rushed or micromanaged during our shooting session. I was able to go to my buddy in the other lane and shoot his gun and he shoot mine and take my time to relax, practice and learn. IΓÇÖd probably say the only constructive feedback was I wish staff was more customer focused. I was interested in buying a gun while waiting for range to open but they were all too busy it seemed to help me. IΓÇÖll go when itΓÇÖs less busy to buy next time I guess. Holiday sale looked interesting with some nice deals.

First and foremost, my little brother was coming in to buy his first gun, and the gentleman Alex not only went above and beyond in getting my little brother informed in the best possible gun he could get. He was patient with us and showed us a wide selection to which we narrowed down with his help and my little brother walked away with a gun he was more than happy with. I canΓÇÖt thank him enough
