Shooter's Guns, Ammo and Range

I just bought 300 blackout and 10/23 24 within that week. I went to the range to test it out having problem. They was close over the weekend. So I reached out to them following Monday let them know. IΓÇÖm having problem with the gun cycling. They said to bring it in. I said OK. I was gonna take it to the gun range. One more time tested out with some new bullets. I did all that still the same problem. So today, Saturday, November 2 after leaving the range I bring the gun to the store for them to fix it because there was around thatΓÇÖs Stuck in it, I leave the gun there for it to be fixed within one hour. They Call me back saying that the gun is fixed and itΓÇÖs OK. I went back Pick up didnΓÇÖt checked it to see if the round was still in the chamber. I got home pull the gun down when I look they go to same rounds still in Chambers. So I go back to the store trying to talk to them the guy with the long beard heΓÇÖs telling me IΓÇÖm getting too much for him. I need to get out the store before something happened so I was like are you threatening me? I end up calling the police, but they were taking too long so I leave they said when I get back over there on Monday I need to call them so thatΓÇÖs what I am going to do. They need to fix the gun refund my money. Not only that they put my life in danger, but what if I did went back to the gun range and try to fire that gun that could have my life. The guy with the long white beard he do not know how to talk to customer And if this the way that theyΓÇÖre going to cheat their customer, itΓÇÖs not good.. It causes me $251 out of my pocket to fix this gun.. damage pin and damage bolt.. they sell to me.. I have to take it to a gun smith..

Stopped by to see their inventory and had a really good conversation about the pros and cons of different platforms. I was treated like a regular customer when it was the first time I had ever visited the location. I felt comfortable enough to ask novice questions without apprehension. Thank you so much for this service.

This is my first time visiting Shooters Nashville, and my experience was great. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I also looked at their prices and found they were very competitive. I rented a range lane for an hour and the price can't be beat. I will be back in the near future.

Other reviews are correct, the owner is an unfriendly person with a poor attitude. Go elsewhere. Walked in and talked to who turned out to be the owner (gruff and unfriendly guy) did the test to prove I read the rules and paid $16 for the range. Got told by him AFTER I got done shooting the pistol I was carrying (.50 desert eagle) that I can't shoot that caliber or specific pistol, and if there were other people in there he would've made me stop shooting. I said it's not a rifle caliber and there's nothing about that gun or caliber in the rules I signed, he agreed there is no rule on the paper waiver, said it was posted on his website. I told him I wouldn't have used the range if it was on his written rules, and that it needs to be added to them. It isn't fair to kick people out for things that arent on the range rules waiver. There's plenty of room on the paper to write it on there. Also said there is NOT a rule about that posted online, since I had checked it before I went there. (it still isn't on his website as of the time of this review) He didn't like that response, got angry at me for pointing out he's incorrect about it being on his website, and told me not to come back, I definitely won't be. The owner's poor attitude is exactly the type that drives newcomers away from firearms, shooting and the 2nd amendment in general, and unfortunately is far too common at gun stores and ranges, stay away.

Great store. Buy your gun and ammo here. They have a nice little stock of holsters. Very quick, and also very fair prices.

Locally owned small business. Has a shooting range downstairs and good inventory of pistols. Fair priced and a great place to get some quick shooting in!

Shooters handled my FFL transfer quickly and courteously. They answered questions I had and let me know my firearm had arrived by phone immediately when it was delivered. Their price is super fair and heir store/range is easy to get to and has plenty of parking. Highly recommend.

Horrible customer service, rude owner and the business discriminates against African American customers (no sagging pants signs posted outside)…they don’t have a “no confederate flags” sign outside of the business, or a “Black Lives Matter” sign…My people! Please stop supporting this business!

Customer service here is terrible. Highly not recommended. I got a gun shipped here and practically got cursed out coming up here to check on it a hour after getting the notification that it was delivered. Every time I come in there i donΓÇÖt really feel welcome lol wonΓÇÖt be coming back though. CouldΓÇÖve had a loyal customer.

Shooters is my #1 go-to indoor range. I love this place. Unlike most indoor ranges in town, it's personable and has retained the feel of the old Nashville. I love everything about this place from the fact that it's 1.5 miles from my HQ all the way down to the hand-cranked target system. They are also my FFL provider of choice. If you like an overwhelming amount of overpriced firearms and accessories, modernized ranges that are always packed full and come with a hefty hourly rate, and being asked 37 x's if you need help finding something this is not the store for you.

Rude owner and staff, as soon as we walked in the owner greeted us with bad attitude. We were told to take our business elsewhere. For a simple greeting from my friend. He asked him how was his day and he said itΓÇÖs ok until we walked in.

I decided to try out the gun range for the first time and the staff were really nice! I rented out a handgun and bought some ammunition. Pricing was fair and I had lots of fun! Definitely recommend to try!

Everything is way over priced and the owner is rude as can be. Avoid this place at all cost. Go to the glock store or outpost armory

Lee was incredible, and I highly recommend this establishment! My experience was handled with professionalism and amazing-above & beyond customer service. I never felt like a bother with my questions/concerns, which I had many since this was a big and important investment for me and I was going into unfamiliar territory for me, nor was I was treated differently for being a female alone, which has unfortunately happened in other establishments where I was barely given the time of day and felt unwanted. I was treated with respect as a valued customer and was given an abundance of quality knowledge about everything I needed to know with/for my purchases. I learned from Lee what felt like information I would have had to pay an entire class to receive. I even got to experience the shooting range after my purchases and enjoyed every minute of it! Lee even took the time to come downstairs to get me started, show me the ropes, some safety techniques, and worked hands on to make sure I knew what I was doing before leaving me to experience my new investment. I left there feeling confident and safe with my purchases, and definitely intend on being a returning customer! I also had the pleasure of meeting another staff member, I believe his name was Jacob, and he was also kind and respectful.

Don’t get me wrong, this is a nice enough range, especially for the location being so central in Nashville. However, the limitations such as “no rifle caliber pistols” which includes no rifles, plays significantly into my star level. Also, the fact that the range has no RSO and is completely self service, no staff to clean up brass, that must be done by the customers, and hand crank target cables…. Considering the limitations this range could be four stars but the lack of friendly service staff at the counter for new faces docked a further star in my book. If it’s convenient, go here, but if you have other options nearby, you should probably explore them.

Great staff of people, knows answer's to any questions. Very helpful and seems to know state laws, well stocked with most accessories you might be needing.

The owner and most workers there not all are very rude. They know who they are, or maybe not becuz they are comfortable thus way. Sad.
