First time at Shooters of Columbus and was very impressed with the quality and range of products. All the staff I spoke with were very knowledgeable and friendly and I was happy with my purchases. I will definitely be back.

I acquired a firearm with the assistance of Mark. the store manager, who helped ensure that I made a suitable purchase that fit my preferences. Following the purchase, I was able to secure an appointment with a trainer, Venita, later that same week. Venita, also known as Ms. V, was an exceptional trainer. She graciously allowed me to ask all necessary questions for clarification regarding firearm components and handling techniques. Additionally, she excelled in instructing me on proper aiming techniques. Training with Ms. V has significantly increased my confidence in both owning a firearm and operating it. I eagerly look forward to further training sessions with her.

I really enjoy coming in on Mondays for Ladies night. I took a class and have been coming every Monday since. From the teachers Mr. Woody, to the range and store with Jason, Mark, and Charles I always have a great time at the range. Highly recommended!

Great place! Very affordable rentals and LOADS of excellent guns to try! We had great service from Kelly who brought a bunch of guns out for us to hold before we made our final decision. He was very helpful and we had a great time. Thanks!

Excellent 1st and 2nd visit. Bob deserves recognition. Congratulations to Sunday's Kelly and crew. When we entered the unlocked door to the range,we were met with "we don't open till noon". When ask what time is it? You responded "my phone says 1157". We were told to wait outside. Kelly you told me not to leave my magazines on your range anymore. I promise I will not. You helped me deside on my membership and use of the facilities.

The customer service here continues to be terrible. I don't understand why the staff here behave as if the customers are an inconvenience. The customers keep this place afloat. In the sales shop, no one wants to assist. And in the shooting range, one guy walks around yelling at black customers for sharing a range when we all do it. I saw the employee behavior and was appalled. The new waiver system is overly tedious. But to have the staff with terrible attitudes towards customers, I'm tired of seeing it. I understand now why people do not recommend this business.

Jason did a great job when I sent a.FFL transfer to be picked up at Shooters and later purchased an AK. He got a the paperwork and background check done really quick despite the store being packed. Would give him a 6th star if Google let me.

Overall this place was nice I took my son for his 18th birthday I drove 2n half hours to get disrespected… I only have stars because there was only one worker out of all the other workers was nice but this one was mean talking to me like a child while I was watching my son & husband shoot from the window & he rudely came walked up on me & told me to move from the window but the counter when all the other workers stated it was fine his name is _JASON…I had been standing at that window over an hour & a half he seems to not like certain people……HE DONT KNOW HOW TO TALK TO PEOPLE AT ALL & I just wanna know why is there is only one worker(Jason) out of all the workers RUDEEEE to certain types of customers…EVERYBODY ELSE IN THERE WAS NICE but him…. I stayed behind the window and let my husband go back there with my son I asked while doing the waiver could I just watch from window EVERY WORKER SAID YES EVEN THE SIGN SAID WATCH FROM WINDOW…… OVERALL MY SON HAD A GOOD TIME but that little situation could of been handled differently I hate when people get some type of Lead(management) they take it to their head & just think they can talk to people anyway…

ALWAYS CHECK GUNBROKER before buying here or any other brick and mortar. I buy a lot of guns each year, and this store would rather a $2,000+ sale walk away than price match. Came in for the second day in a row to see a firearm IΓÇÖd been eyeing. While looking at it, I told him I can have the firearms bought and shipped through gun broker for what their sticker price is. Not trying to get a deal, just a comparable out the door price with tax, shipping, and FFL fee. The firearm would still be over $200 cheaper through online sales. The man at the counter grabbed the firearm while I was still looking at it and just proceeded to say they donΓÇÖt price match, and then he even walked away! Mid conversation. What stones these guys have. You donΓÇÖt offer that good of services to act like that. The guy is supposedly a manager also. EDIT: before you guys respond to this and say you canΓÇÖt compete with online prices and have to pay your employees, I get it. But at the same time, your parking lot is packed day in and day out. ItΓÇÖs rare to drive by and see it empty. I think price matching would go a long way when keeping a customer coming back that will spend upwards of $10,000 a year and has tons of connection in the real life shooting industry/ world and gives suggestions to people all the time about where they should spend their money. Edit #2 in response to owner: 1. You didnΓÇÖt respond to how your manager handled the situation. So this shows me that itΓÇÖs an acceptable practice within your business. 2. If you are paying more for a firearm than other companies are able to sell them for online youΓÇÖre already doing bad business. Find a new supplier or buy from those guys online so you have a lower bottom line.

First time visiting Shooters. Store is very well kept with a great variety of guns, both new and used. I was really impressed with their overall inventory and accessories. Staff is very knowledgeable and customer service oriented. I highly recommend Shooters for anyone and all ages.

Very friendly staff and clean range. Very reasonable prices for the gun range. Fast check in and fast check out. Took my 86 year old grandfather. They were very excited to see an older man come in and shoot a GSG-16 22lr. HeΓÇÖs been talking about it all day since 10am. It is now 6:30pm haha. Good stuff Shooters. Thanks for the memories with my grandfather!

Deal with them every once in a while. John. L., John R., Mark, JT, David, Jason, Eric and Ms. Vivian have always been great to deal with. Customer service is always above and beyond. Store is always well stocked and everyone is friendly and knowledgeable about all the products they sell. Will keep going back.

IΓÇÖve been here several occasions and never bought anything only to use shooting range. Their new guns are a little higher than I want to pay. Ive shopped at these gun shop Barrows, Ga, Phenix City and Alan Armor. For Black Friday I got a good deal on S&W hand gun online from another vendor which I saved $88. When I picked it up they charged me $45! Other places charge between $20-30 for a transfer. The staff is friendly and eager to help but pricey.

It is crazy that they changed the simplest thing in the world at this gun shop/range. You have to do a online waiver you used to be to walk in and sighn a paper and get in now you have do a waiver that takes you a half a hour to do it then when you put a child on it under the age of 16 no ID they have the balls to ask you for an ID and if you donΓÇÖt put a ID in it wonΓÇÖt you get in. That is stupid I would rather go and spend 30 dollars on gas and go to talboton to go shoot

As a female in the shop walking around by myself, every employee who walked by asked if I needed any help. When I walked up to the counter the employees immediately asked if I wanted to take a look at anything in the case. I wasn't looking to buy today, but the customer service was great. I have been in many gun shop where i was completely ignored, while men where helped around me. Good prices and good selection, worth checking it out.

Jesus and the owner sold me a gun and did an outstanding job! There was no tac-cool arrogance that most gun stores have. Very nice and professional people. I'm pleased and we need a shooters of Macon!

I must say all the staff were very helpful but I must give a special shout out to Billy! This guy went out of his way to help me find what I was looking for and explained the entire process. What was most impressive of all is when we discussed an area out of his expertise, he went to find someone who could help me… that’s not sales, that’s service!

IΓÇÖve been going here for a while now and I always enjoy my time here at shooters. The service is great. The staff that works there are always helpful and knowledgeable about type of gun you want. The atmosphere there is always welcoming. I really enjoy sending some lead down range while thinking about food.

I was back in here just this morning for a pistol shoot at the range. I’m so thankful for employee “Miss Vivian” for telling me I can shoot my shotgun as well. I didn’t think u could. I was quite impressed with her knowledge of firearms and exemplary customer service! I later returned with my 12ga to put some shells down range. Employee “Daniel” was both courteous & helpful. I can definitely recommend this location and will be back! 👍👍🇺🇸😁

I want to thank Mark (sales manager), Don (manager receiving) and Daniel (salesman) for helping me pick up weapon that I purchased on line yesterday. Daniel is a superb employee, Caring and very customer service oriented, Mike and Don cut thru red tap quickly to resolve my problem. Thanks to y'all. Ill be coming back to Shooters!

The staff here have always been helpful and friendly and go out of their way to accommodate. I live 2 hours away and I always make a point to stop here when I am in the area because it is one of my favorites.
