It's been awhile since I last handled a weapon, and of course, I wanted refresher training. I am thankful that John was my instructor for a one on one private lesson. He reviewed the basics. I didn't feel rushed. And he assisted me in becoming familiar with the weapon I wanted to train with. It's good to know that I still have great marksmanship after all these years. I definitely plan to return to Shooter's World.

My experience at Shooters World was disappointing from the very start. The introduction to the facility was anything but welcoming, largely due to Scott, whose arrogance made my friend and me feel like we were an inconvenience rather than valued customers. He snatched our IDs from our hands and spoke to us in a condescending manner, setting a negative tone for the entire visit. As a military member who has trained at various ranges, I was shocked by the range staffΓÇÖs excessive control and lack of professionalism. They refused to let us handle our own firearms, insisting that they had to do it instead. It was as if they assumed we were incompetent, despite the fact that my friends and I have extensive firearms training. Additionally, I brought a gun case that securely held my rifle, sidearm, ammo, and extra magazines. The staff berated me, claiming it was "ridiculous" and that I shouldnΓÇÖt have itΓÇödespite the fact that it was neatly positioned against the wall and not obstructing anything. Their alternative? Making multiple trips to my truck to swap firearms and carry multiple cases, which is both inconvenient and unnecessary. Overall, the experience was frustrating and unprofessional. Instead of fostering a safe and respectful environment, the staff seemed more interested in asserting dominance and enforcing arbitrary rules rather than providing a positive range experience. I understand they did not know my friends and I were military but treating everyone as incompetent and speaking to them the way this staff talked to us was both unnecessary and unprofessional in every way. If we were to talk to them the way they talked to us we wouldΓÇÖve been kicked out and possibly banned, despite paying $80 for 3 of us to shoot for an hour. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Every single person in there has an ego.

I have absolutely never experienced a group of staffing so rude in my life. Will never come back. Man at the counter Scott had an attitude problem off rip, and the staff inside the range also seem to have a bit of an ego issue. I donΓÇÖt know if itΓÇÖs because we came in as a younger group and they assumed we were clueless but I was extremely disappointed in the way we were treated and we left before our time was up due to this. Hope you guys can work on this.

NOTICE: Not for Beginners, Minors not welcome. We came here as a family to enjoy some time at the range. We are from out of state so this was our first time here and staying close by. I brought my parents and my 14 year old son that has been shooting with me for years, mainly handguns but we decided to go with rifles this time. the staff was friendly and got us setup on with some rentals and got us on our lanes. They had a good selection of rifles and handguns to choose from. The problems started when we got into our lanes. The RSO was so hostile having a minor in the range that he kept pulling me aside and telling me what is wrong with him (not in a good/helpful RSO type of way)... "He's not supposed to be wearing shorts" (even though the entire range was), He cant move his feet in between shots ( I have never heard of this rule). I was also told that I need to physically keep my hand on him while shooting... Really?. We were told that the range was not the place to learn and that learning to shoot was for outside ranges and that we should go elsewhere first so we have more room. And If we wanted to learn, take some classes. I was in the Marines and know very well how to shoot and handle weapons and give instruction. It was just very clear that while we were able to rent the lanes, guns and ammo, that having a minor there was a super inconvenience for him. This just killed the day and it was very unfortunate because the rest of the staff was very friendly, the lanes were clean and we were able to get some good range with targets going back to 100 Yards. If there is an issue with minors at the range, that should have been made clear from the beginning.

Check out the shooting ranges. it's very nice. Clean, well lit, and has a viewing area so you can watch. I liked that this range has gun range security and instructors if you want to take classes and learn the right way to handle a gun, loading, shooting, and most importantly, cleaning. The only thing I noticed was that there needs to be a line of women's clothing and more attention to women who come to the store. Say hello, can I help you find something? Girls, just wanna have fun, too guys!

Recently took HR 218 course and shoot. Instructor was outstanding. Everyone was qualified without a problem. It was well worth the cost of the course. I will do it again next year.

Hugh Price is an excellent instructor! IΓÇÖm new to firearms so I took the intro to handguns course and learned a lot. He was very insistent that safety is top priority and I felt much smarter going into the range as a result. I feel much more knowledgeable about safe usage of my new gun and eager to get back to the range for more practice. Highly recommended!

Drove 45 minutes to shoot here for my husbands birthday - the staff was so unpleasant and unprofessional. Called the manager after being turned away and was informed there was ΓÇ£nothing he could do to make the situation betterΓÇ¥ Will never return or recommend this shooting range!

The staff is absolutely abhorrent. We had a large party wanting to shoot and the first thing their employee said to us was, ΓÇ£ItΓÇÖs a beautiful day, donΓÇÖt you want to do something else?ΓÇ¥ We drove 45 minutes to shoot our guns and they basically turned us away. This is the second time weΓÇÖve encountered rude employees. Never going back there again.

There isn't much inside the store that I don't personally want. If I had more money the place would be a hangout spot. And I hear the range is very nice

First off the fire arms safety class for kids is incredible and it's free. Every child should go regardless of your stance on guns, just the best. The instructor is extremely patient and great with kids. Staff is great and the range is allot of fun and very safe. 2 thumbs up!!!!

They made a mistake on a gun I ordered BUT the tall red hair manager made it right so I am happy. However their gunsmith Mitchell is the MAN the whole reason I come back over and over is him. Go check him out and say what's up!

Bought ammo from counter that was defective and had to argue to get a refund. They finally refunded one box and told me to contact the manufacturer about the other box. I was more concerned about them taking the Lot # off the shelves so no one would get hurt, but they didn't care.
