I recently went for ladies night and everyone there is super nice, kind and very helpful, we both didn't know how to use the gun, they gave us all the demonstrations and safety rules and we got comfortable very quickly, we decided to return last night. We Do plan to get the membership, I think it's worth it. Highly recommend

1st time several months ago I got a guy with an attitude. 2nd time today I walked in looking to purchase a gun. They had a total of maybe 5 in thier show cases. Shooters world ? I could have walked into a pawn shop and had more choices. I'll never be back.

We always get great service here. Staff is friendly and helpful. Fridays ladies shoot free is a huge help as I learn to use my gun safely.

Well I was kinda let down today. I'm sitting in the parking spot right in front of the door as I write this. I just feel I had to comment about it. Walked in literally no customers besides 3 including me. Not one person came up and talked to me like at all. The woman at the desk was the only one to say hi to me. Other than that nothing I walked the whole store and it was like they were avoiding me. I'm against stereotypes but maybe because I'm brown with long pants and sandals on. Idk it just felt really rude and not welcoming. Especially since I was the only customer looking to buy something. I saw a 9mm upper well I think it was a 9mm. I can't tell because its on the wall for an ar15 I want. I literally came in to buy it and wasn't helped like at all not even a hello or anything besides the girl up front at the computer as a greeting. Idk maybe they are having a bad day. Not too sure if I even want to come back and give my money to people that wouldn't give me the time of day. It was an upper I really wanted but I guess I'll have to find another one somewhere. I just felt very uncomfortable and felt like because the way I look noone wanted to help me.

Great place to go shooting in an enclosed environment with AC and friendly people. No complaints. Just one recommendation: small tables in the back so you can reload while your buddy is shooting. :)

This place is a hit or miss place depending on who works there. There are employees that look like they don't know what they are doing or put up the wrong information like a scam. I was told 3 different prices for ammunition and a 4th price for the same ammo because I was military. I am confident to say that this place charged me wrongfully and I want a partial refund. I have had 3 friends come with me before and spent under $90 for 3 rifles, 2 handguns, and 1 shotgun for rentals. This time I have brought my spouse and 1 friend and it came out to be above $150 for 2 handguns and 1 rifle for rentals! These visits are both on a Tuesday since they have free basic gun rentals to save money. Do not know but I hope it isn't a scam that this location has been doing to certain people and rather think that they are new employees that inputted the wrong items.

Had an ABSOULUTELY AMAZING experience. From the moment I entered the establishment. I had today things to carry so a gentleman came over and assisted me in carrying them to the range counter. Where I then spoke with Roberto who was able to give me some pointers on shooting a couple of weapons I own. And then was able to help me find the right holster for my pistol and another clip. Then to top it off was able to find a reasonably priced rifle bag that would fit everything to make things easier on me. I owe a BIG THANK YOU to Chris, Roberto, Julian, and Emily. I know I'm forgetting a few others and I apologize for not getting everyone's name. Thank you thank you can't wait till next friday!!!

A/C was non existent. Asked for two lanes because there was 4 of us. But only could give us one lane for 4 ppl. Contradicting rules from the employees on the lanes. Overall a bad experience. Do not recommend this place. Will not return.

My husband and I brought the kids. When stepping into the establishment, we were immediately acknowledged- this is very important to my husband and I. Check in process is simple and straightforward. The customer service was friendly. The range itself was clean and well ventilated and I am totally considering a membership there. Thank you all for a great experience!

Of the Shooters Worlds locations I've been to, this one was the worst. I showed up on a Tuesday to take advantage of the Test It Tuesday discount which I really enjoyed. I asked the associate which weapons on the wall I could choose from. He told me everything on the wall behind him. Cool. I pick a rifle that looked pretty fun, he brought it down, checked it, put it in a case, then said "so this is a class 3 so it's not free"...??? Probably should've said that after I clearly stated I was here for the discount. That was whatever, then I got into the range and the AC was clearly broken. I was sweating before I even started shooting. Nobody told me about it being at least 90+ degrees on the range, nobody offered discounts, nada. So not the best experience. One of the most important aspects about going out to do something in the Summer heat is to, well, escape it. That's just me. The lady at the front door was nice, at least.

We had a great experience with the staff yesterday, but today was quite different. Three of us arrived at around 8 PM and rented three guns (with two of us taking advantage of the Friday discount for ladies). Despite renting three guns, we were only provided with one shooting lane. One of the guns kept jamming and malfunctioned about four times. We spent around 20 minutes dealing with this issue and asked the staff twice if we could return the faulty gun. The staff offered to replace it but said they couldnΓÇÖt issue a refund. As a result, we couldnΓÇÖt finish using approximately 30 shots of ammunition before the range closed at 9 PM. The staff informed us that we couldnΓÇÖt get a refund and would have to pay again for gun rental if we wanted to return and use the remaining ammo. Ultimately, we decided to take the unused ammunition with us and wonΓÇÖt be returning here again. It was not a pleasant experience to have three people share one shooting lane and deal with a malfunctioning gun.
