This range is set up very similar to marine ranges. Able to set up targets and go down range safely in while others are still shooting. Awesome gun range. Great range masters. Safe and a great challenge for shooting.

This is the best range in the state. There are at least 3 rifle ranges, including a 300 and 600 yard. A pistol and archery range.

Great range with everything you need, but the hours they are open are very limited, and not even open on some days they are supposed to be.

Great place to shoot. Outdoors so you have lots of room to move around and so many fun shooting opportunities at there 50 to 300 yard shooting range. I go there all the time during the summer and I love to go there.

The range itself is nice but the caretakers there need much improvement. I've been there in the past and could tolerate how unfriendly they were but will not be returning anymore due to the lack of respect they treat you with. Went there 10/22/23 with my two Asian friends to shoot at the pistol range and got told in a disrespectful tone to pick up brass three times while we were clearly still shooting. The caretaker that told us this looked at the kind Caucasian shooter next to us, hesitated and then left, but never told the guy next to us to pick up his brass. We felt very unfairly treated, but we kindly picked up our brass and left. Not even 15mins later, we were at another shooting range that actually treated us like human beings. If you can put up with the anti-social and disrespectful people that take care of this range then this place is ok. Otherwise there is a better range in the Wausau area that will treat you with more respect than this place.

I like shooting here but it's very frustrating that they are never open the schedule says mon-sun 9am to 430pm yet they are closed I really wish they would actually have a set schedule and stick to it

Range master turned me away with 20 min left. Seemed a little angry, wasnΓÇÖt very understanding or polite. Come back in may! Roger that. Wished him a good thanksgiving and left.

Love this place ranges for pistols and rifles in different yard settings. They have everything you need, except the guns and ammo, even a bathroom. Cheap place for a few hours of fun

Have been shooting here for years with my family. Enjoy the layout and definitely need to try the 600 yard matches.

Range is either flooded, or users walk away from tables to go talk as others wait. Staff is rude. The fees keep going up but yet the offering keeps declining. Target stands are all shot up and poorly made. The 600 ytd competition is a joke. Been going for years but less and less due to the range and those that go there. The hours are so limited and better call first because they may not be open when you get there.

My first time today and the staff was amazing. Took the time to explain how everything worked. Every shooter there were really friendly and willing to answer any questions. Will be going a lot more
