Most dishonest firearm store IΓÇÖve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I came in to sell my Glock awhile back, the transaction was pretty much complete as we agreed on a price for one pistol and magazine. As he was finalizing the paperwork, I told the employee that I have 3 extra extended magazines for that same pistol that I would like to sell as well, and if he was interested I can retrieve them from my car. This guy literally told me all Glock firearms come with 3 extended magazines at which point I stated that no the deal was for what i originally put in front of you and we had a deal. This ΓÇ£personΓÇ¥ knowing I needed the money bad, proceeds to tell me that he will not buy the gun without the extended magazines, and he will not be paying extra. I am still dumbfounded. The biggest group of liars DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE. These are dishonest people that WILL cheat you out of your money. Any other gun store is levels above in customer service, save your time and more importantly, your money. If I could give zero stars I would.

Today I bought a 10/22 Ruger LR for starting my hunting from moving up here from Texas. The gentlemen that helped me canΓÇÖt remember his name but was very helpful and showed me a few 10/22 that were in stock. I will definitely be back to buy a pistol. Everybody was very professional and very good at explaining the process to buying a firearm in Illinois.

This is a great place!!! Jerry and Spike were so helpful and knowledgeable. They were professional, and the environment was clean. They have so many choices to choose from, as well as the option to order whatever they do not have in stock. If you would like to try a gun before buying, they have a shooting range in the back. It's a great place to check out, I will definitely be returning!

As someone who has never purchased a gun, I needed some guidance and IΓÇÖm extremely happy with the gun I purchased. The guys here are phenomenal and so knowledgeable. They are happy to answer any and all questions and donΓÇÖt make you feel rushed. I could sit and chat with them all day. IΓÇÖm now here almost every weekend to train and will be a life long customer. Excited for my next gun purchase!

I walked in the store. There were two men behind the counter and one sitting on a stool on the customer side of the counter. I knew they did not greet their customers, so I got my stopwatch ready before I opened the door. Two and a half MINUTES before either one said anything to me. If I wasn't there for a specific reason, I would have turned around and left after one minute. Those 2 men were not busy. They really need to work on customer service, which starts as soon as a customer enters the building!

Excellent place of business! I sell a lot of guns on consignment and always get a fair price. Chris and other employees are all very knowledgeble about firearms and willing to share that knowledge with me. I will give it a five star review anytime.

Great store, very reasonable pricing, and a friendly atmosphere! As a person new to the ΓÇ£shooting sportsΓÇ¥,they made it easy to find what I needed in my first firearm. They have a decent selection of new firearms, and some good used stuff too. I like this place much better than that ΓÇ£other storeΓÇ¥ across the River (better prices too!). Chris and Steve are super awesome and helpful! Would highly recommend this store.
