A: Wes there is a membership fee you must pay to use the range.

Purchased a year long membership on February 2nd 2024 and waited over two whole months and never received my ID card. Tried on multiple occasions to get in contact with them (via email, question form on website, instagram, and facebook) and was never contacted back once, even went to their physical location and left a note and still nothing. Extremely disappointed in this range and am lucky I could dispute the charge with my bank to get my money back. As good as this range looks from the outside please stay away due the the worst customer service IΓÇÖve ever received (or lack there of).
