Q: Is the shooting range open to public or do I have to take a course to use it?
A: It's open to the public. It's not a membership.
- Steve Masillamoni (2 years ago)
A: Indoor range is open to the public. They do not have an open outdoor range that is open to the public, other than taking a class.
- Peter Googins (a year ago)
A: I believe its only if you pay for a membership.
- Stogie Wan Kenobie (2 years ago)

Q: Do I Need To Use A Sig Sauer Firearm To Take A Course At The Sig Sauer Academy?
A: A SIG SAUER firearm is not required to attend class - we are a gun neutral training facility. Firearms are provided to students, or as long as your own firearm is safe and in good working order, you are welcome to use it during class. We donΓÇÖt care what firearm you shoot, weΓÇÖll just make you a better shooter. Guaranteed. Should a problem arise with your firearm, we have factory certified armorers on staff from most major firearm manufacturers. Of course, if a problem does arise with your personal firearm during a course, we have firearms, holsters, mag pouches, etc. that you can borrow, free of charge.

Q: Okay, so once again how far in advance do you need to sign up for a class, a week, two, six?
A: Classes fill up fast... when they announce the yearly schedule you need to sign up then... if you wait until April, good luck finding a spot.
- flip66five (3 years ago)

- Mike Landers (3 years ago)
Q: Do You Offer Any Discounts?
A: We periodically offer specials on classes that can be found in our bi-monthly newsletter and on social media. Students are also eligible for a discount on classes when more than one course is selected at a time, or within 90 days of completion of a class ΓÇô guest instructor courses do not apply.
- SIG SAUER Academy and Experience Center (6 years ago)
Q: Do You Offer Private Or Group Training?
A: The SIG SAUER Academy is dedicated to providing the highest level of training available, tailored to fit individual and organized group needs. We can provide any customized private classes at our Academy, or we can take our expert training to a private location upon request. Private instruction ranges from foundational shooting tutorials to advanced dynamic tactics in a one-on-one or group learning environment. Private classes for corporate and executive clients, as well as government agencies and private groups or individuals, are available either as a standard course listed on our website or as a custom class designed to the customerΓÇÖs specific needs.

Q: What Kind Of Shooter Do I Need To Be To Take A Course At The Sig Sauer Academy?
A: We are open to the public and have over 100 course offerings, beginning with safety and foundational development, taking you from beginner to expert. No matter what level or skill-set, we have a course for you.
- SIG SAUER Academy and Experience Center (6 years ago)
Q: How much is a handgun course for experienced gun owners. Do we need to bring our own rounds or do we shoot blanks obviously or live?
A: Looking at their website course costs depend on half day, full day, multi day. Well worth the money. If you do not have a firearm they provide one on at least the baseline courses. They will sell you ammo. Some firearms are not permitted because a semi auto handgun isn't shooting the 1k yard long distance training.
- larry hoague (6 years ago)
A: Our typical 8 hour course costs $250.00. You can bring your own ammunition or you can purchase ammo here on site. We shoot live fire FMJ or frangible ammunition on the range.
- SIG SAUER Academy and Experience Center (6 years ago)
Q: What do I need for PPE to start the course?
A: There are background check requirements. Active le/mil exempt. They will provide the background check for a fee.
- RDS 40 (6 years ago)
A: I would bring my own, but the sell it in the Pro shop.
- Stephen Farnett (7 years ago)
A: You will need eye and ear protection. If you do not have these, they will be provided by SIG SAUER Academy. All other information for class prep can be found on the specific course website page under ΓÇ£Required Equipment.ΓÇ¥
- SIG SAUER Academy and Experience Center (6 years ago)
A: You should look at the class requirements at the bottom of the academy class description. The PPE and ammunition requirements are specific to the classes.
- John Campbell (7 years ago)
A: Eyes & ears. Sun screen and bug dope. Hat with a bill or brim suggested. Knee elbow pads for some classes.
- Todd Chrisman (7 years ago)
Q: Do you offer a class for beginner rifle scope use, set-up and progression to long range shooting?
A: They most certainly do. They have several novice courses that go up to advanced levels for civilians and professionals.

Was excited to go a finally visit SIG, with my buddy while up on vacation. First off driving onto their compound it’s impressive the building looks the part of a firearms manufacturer and designer. Inside, it’s like a candy store for fire arm enthusiasts, bright, clean, accessory’s, merch, firearms, ammo etc. The SIG museum is a gem, gives you the full history of its beginnings up until present day. The floor staff were very attentive, came over, asked if we needed any help, if we wanted to view any firearms etc. and showed, what felt like, a genuine interest in us. So after all this and being amped up, we decided to hit the range. Guys behind the counter were talking so figured it was work related and waited patiently, turned out, it was just a bunch of jawing about a whole lot of personal nonsense. Still, we waited. Eventually after about 5 min one of the counter staff turns to us and with a nice, large audible sigh, asks “Help you?” We asked if we could sign in for the range. Another sigh. He grabbed the clip board and stated “it’ll be at least 45 min”. Oh Kay.. so should, we sign up, or…… “Up to you, it’s a busy Friday (Chuck’s the clipboard back down and turns away). The range staff seemed to give less than a toss. Thanks for your time, we’ll go elsewhere. I get it, you’re a big, international, multi million company, and my couple hundred bucks means nothing to you. Left SIG without spending a dime, which annoyed me as I was more than looking forward to testing out different systems and picking up some merch. Awesome looking place, just a total let down with the range.

Big, beautiful store with incredibly friendly staff. My fiancé and I walked in during our road trip and received phenomenal service and an amazing experience. Extremely reasonable prices. Shawn, Ed and Nick went out of their way to ensure we had the best time. PS a great place to drop off your partner if you need some alone time!

Sig Sauer is a combination store, mini-museum, gun range, and training center. The store, predictably, carries Sig products, from pistols to optics to misc accessories. Staff are extremely helpful about product inquiries without being pushy salespeople. The mini museum has a company history, which is mostly used to brag about winning recent government contracts. The gun range charges $20 per person/lane. Rentals are cheap, from $5-10 for each rental. This is an indoor range with electronic target return. It looks incredibly polished and modern, like a training range in an action or cop movie. It also has the largest air circulation system I've seen, which should help with lead exposure considerably.

Went to the flagship store for the first time yesterday and WOW what an experience!! My salesperson Ryan was friendly, professional and very helpful. He asked all the right questions and was loaded with gun knowledge. His customer service was nothing short of impressive!! Great guy, made me feel at home and paired me up with the perfect firearm and optic for my needs.

If you need a place that you want to buy a gun from, and want someone to help you, do not go here. They will walk by you and pretend they didnΓÇÖt hear you ask for help. Your job isnΓÇÖt that hard.

The sig sauer academy is my favorite place to train. Been coming to this facility since 2016. So amazing to see how much it has grown and become I great place for not only law enforcement but civilians to learn. I try to go to sig 2-3 times a year to train. This facility definitely makes me become a better shooter not only physically but mentally. All the drills I learn I bring back home to practice at my local range. If wanting to learn the basics or want to push your limit and become an amazing shooter, check out the sig academy.

The range is great. The man children pretending to kill ppl while looking at the museum's military guns is a little off putting.

This company discriminates people with hearing disabilities. They would not let a deaf woman participate in their classroom courses yet alone train how to protect herself professionally and legally. You people should be ashamed of yourselves!

This place was amazing. A must see if youΓÇÖre in the area. An employee will walk you around the store and personally show you each and every one of their products they have on display. I could have stayed all day.

I've had real hit or miss customer service form them but the place is nice and some of their products are pretty solid. Overall, the people working on the floor are helpful and knowledgable. Be sure to look for John with the long grey goatee if you have historical or suppressor questions.

We come every year from Nevada to visit our son in NH and always enjoy a trip to Sig. We didnΓÇÖt get to come last year and I was looking forward to seeing the new academy and experience center. I always look forward to buying something to ship home. When we came yesterday I felt like a kid in a candy store, and I was all excited looking at interesting items . Then I had an unusual experience. What started off as a misunderstanding/negative experience actually turned out to be quite a positive experience due to intervention of Nathan. He really helped straighten out the situation and make things right. After we have left, my son had told me years ago that he had gone in to Sig and Nathan also had helped him out tremendously also. Hats off to Nathan for his professionalism. We look forward to taking some classes on our next visit. Very cool store, range and museum.
