IΓÇÖve been extremely disappointed with my experience at this shooting range. I dropped off my pistol at the beginning of the year for what was supposed to be a 15-minute job. The manager explained the process that it would take like 2 weeks because the gunsmith is in pearland and he drives out every Wednesday to drop off and pick up. Fast forward a couple of weeks, and I still hadnΓÇÖt received it. I called multiple times, and each time, I was told they didnΓÇÖt have it. I was then informed one time I called that there were circumstances which they couldnΓÇÖt do it, which I understood. That doesnΓÇÖt cover the other weeks they had my pistol. The final time I called on ValentineΓÇÖs Day. I was told that the pistol had been ΓÇ£really hiddenΓÇ¥ and they werenΓÇÖt even sure how long it had been there. To make matters worse, I never received any phone call or voicemail from the gunsmith or the store itself to update me on the situation. I understand the store is under new management, but holding onto a customerΓÇÖs pistol for ΓÇ£weeksΓÇ¥ for a simple job is unacceptable. I originally went to them to support the business, but this level of service has left me very disappointed. I wonΓÇÖt be coming back. For the manager, thank the gun smith for fixing my pistol he did a great job and I wish yall the best for your gun range. I see a lot of good change in the store. Gotta work on getting a gun smith in the store.

Just left skeeters gun range and the staff was PHENOMENAL. The two gentlemen working, Cody and Clint, were so helpful and kind. They answered all my questions and were super patient with me. Spoke on the phone with the owner a couple days ago and he was nothing short of helpful and nice as well. Will definitely be doing more business here! They really care about their customers and making sure theyΓÇÖre satisfied!!

This place was awesome, I walked in and was provided excellent customer service. Had questions regarding a new firearm I purchased as well as taking fire safety courses and EVERYONE was so helpful. I can't describe in words how helpful they were but it was amazing.......and i can't wait to start the courses with my son.

If your not white staff will not wait on you or give you attitude, both gentlemen specially the one with bifocales profiled me when I was just trying to pay and have a good time, tried reaching for a manager at the moment but rather helping they ignored me. Must be family owed to have such dudes working there

The staff, the service, the training, the facility and whatΓÇÖs offered is absolutely Top Knotch. I randomly came here to get my mother and I training in gun safety as well as basic training in operating a firearm and I was completely amazed at the training that was offered as well as the staff that supplied said training. Thank you Eric in regard to both the expertise and humbleness you showed us in your training. Also this is a review coming from a retired law enforcement officer.

First time there today met with bob the owner and had a great conversation and wonderful shooting experience with. My new Ruger 5450 this range is a must for anyone who wants to sharpen up on there skills in shooting bob was also very very kind and very helpful to me get on down to big kountry youΓÇÖll be glad you did

My wife and I had our first range experience here and thankfully felt comfortable being a true novices. They removed all the nerves as soon as you walked in. Add to that, no need to commit to any membership right away. Let's you get a sense of whether this is right for you or not. Professional, friendly, and supportive.

As a person who has never even held a gun before I felt a bit intimidated pulling in to this location, however thanks to Mr. BobΓÇÖs professionalism and patience explaining and showing me how to know which one is right for you and overall feel comfortable handling a gun and shooting for my first time was the best experience ever! Thanks to Mr. Bobs patience with me I bought my first gun. Thanks to him, he made me feel confident and the customer service was so great yΓÇÖall have a customer for life. I will only purchase any future needs from this location. Thanks Mr. Bob!

I would love to say bad things about this place to keep it a secret but itΓÇÖs a great range to visit. Nice people and a clean place! YouΓÇÖll love using this range! The 50yd is a great indoor range!

Bought a Rifle from this place they gave me a free range coupon to test it out. Went into the range with buddy of mine nice clean range gun performed well A-1 place no problems I buy my ammo from them all the time and will return to shoot on regular basis thanks..

Took my gun keltec 22 mag into the store to shoot the man behind the counter took it out its holster and drops the gun looks at me said Ohh Good Thing It made out plastic I was so mad didn't say anything to me not im sorry or anything not Intel I went back after after the fact and finally got I'm sorry gun seem ok got sight loose up front some small scratches it well survive it be different to me if it been a chea2per mag but it was keltec they run abought 640 dol
