Great Local place to shop for guns, ammo, shooting range and knowledge. All the staff are friendly and willing to help. Range safety officers are great. I have spoken to Thomas who was very knowledgeable in helping me pick out the right AR15 for me. He took the time to discuss options, what I'm using it for and options for the gun. James is another associate that has helped me alot there too with sighting in laser dots and on the range. Highly recommend Sportsmans for you fire arms. I joined as a member to shoot at the range based on customer service alone. A++

I'd give this place 10 stars if I could! Picked up a gun for my husband and the staff went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. Highly highly recommend!

I had a great experience here. I bought a Bear Cruzer G2 RTH online and brought it in to get it set up for hunting. I had my 8-month-old son with me, and the staff were very kind and understanding as I pushed him around the store in his stroller. Jeremy the Bow Tech was so helpful he not only set up my bow and cut my arrows, but he also helped me sight in my first pin and explained how to sight in the rest. I had such a great experience I brought my wife in with her bow and then a friend after that. The prices are more than reasonable, and I would highly recommend making a trip here for any hunting, fishing, gun, or archery needs.

Beautiful facility. The employees are incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. The shooting range has an on site Range Safety officer, which makes for a safer shooting experience. The facility is fantastic! We really enjoyed taking our boys there to shoot.

Big gun store WITH A RANGE!. On US 31W about a mile south of KY Hwy 61 (Lincoln Parkway) in Elizabethtown on the right. You want it? They have it! From pistols, rifles, shotguns, airsoft, bows, and ammo and accessories for everything!

Biggest gun collection I've ever seen and plenty of helpful staff. They do a great job explaining things. You can also purchase bulk (500 / 1000) ammo here. Unfortunately they were out of Federal HST rounds but customer staff helped me find something comparable and took down my contact info for when they get it in.

This place has lots of supplies for hunters fishermen and campers. They have lots of ammo guns bows and much more. The shooting range is nice as well. I recommend this place. And will definitely go back.

I haven't been to a range in a long time, I'm not a avid shooter by any means. I love this place and will definitely be going back. They helped me find everything I needed before I went on the range and then helped re-coach me in stance and proper hand placement, because I didn't realize I was holding wrong and the rail sliced me a couple times before I realized my hands wernt sweating anymore, I was actively bleeding lol They fixed me up and gave me as many pointers as they could, answered all my questions as they came up. I don't like public spaces typically but they made it so comfortable and by the time I left they almost felt like extended family. Also, Quality taxidermy pieces in the shop 👌

Nice place the employees are helpful. They have just about anything you could want. I'll drive out of the way to do business with sportsmans just based on the customer service while in the store.

Nice place. Stopped in a couple weeks ago and got a Sig P365. Very clean store and nice employees. Good variety of firearms, fishing tackle, holsters, ammo even shotgun chokes. They beat the price of KY Gun Company in Bardstown. I usually get all my firearms there but will definitely be back to Sportsman's Rod and Gun

If I could give them 0 stars I would. The first time we went down there they were super nice and helpful. I was looking to potentially special order a gun, but did not have the money yet as I was waiting on a tax return. (We were down for my husband to purchase something anyway.) They looked it up and even gave me pricing for it so that I knew how much I needed. So I got my tax return and we went down there again. First, they said what they had told me last time didnΓÇÖt even exist. So I went to look at the others of that style and decided on a different one. We got some judgmental associate who acted all high and mighty. As I was filling out the paperwork, I asked a question about one of the questions-he gave me the wrong answer and so I marked it a yes and then he goes ΓÇ£well that would disqualify you.ΓÇ¥ So I looked up the law and it was different, my answer shouldΓÇÖve been no. They then proceeded to tell me that because I marked yes they couldnΓÇÖt sell it to me, even though I showed him the law on the ATF website proving that it was marked incorrectly because he told me wrong. We will be doing our business elsewhere from now on. I didnΓÇÖt even complete the form, they couldΓÇÖve just given me a new one. ALRIGHT MISTER HIGH AND MIGHTY HERES THE LAW. Yes. I was in a mental institution for 10 days as a child VOLUNTARILY. According to the law, that doesnΓÇÖt count. But you all wouldnΓÇÖt listen.

I went in and knew what I wanted (Ruger SFAR chambered in 6.5 creedmoor). I took a trade in and JJ was very reasonable on what he allowed me on trade. I had the pleasure of dealing with Dennis. He was very knowledgeable and helped me and answered any question I had. This wasnΓÇÖt the first gun,accessory, or ammo I have purchased and wonΓÇÖt be my last from Sportsmans rod and guns.
