Q: Hi, I would like to ask if IΓÇÖm new and never fire a gun before. How can I try it out and how much I gonna pay?
A: Start by taking a class, and no need to rush right in to pistols... rent or purchase a 22lr rifle, they are inexpensive and something you and the entire family can enjoy for a lifetime! A 22lr rifle will get you comfortable with the environment and the range rules. You'll be able to work your way up in calibers and eventually over to pistols. If you have to start with a pistol for some reason, just go with something simple, reliable, and easy to shoot well... my starter pistol for rent or own... .38 Special REVOLVER, one that can handle. 357 magnun (you'll appreciate the ability of the gun being able to shootboth calibers once you are more experienced). Spring Guns & Ammo is a GREAT place to start your journey. $15/Hr, plus ability to rent until you're ready to buy. Have fun and learn the basics of shooting a rifle first.

A: We have many firearms to rent. However, if you're a beginner, we would recommend some lessons from one of our NRA certified instructors. We offer private classes starting at $70 or group training in our Learn To Shoot class starting at $50. Most of our rental guns run $12 plus the cost of ammo (9mm starts around $12-13/box). Thank you

A: They also have NRA certified pistol instructors available to you. All of them are good. You can go there and they will provide you with a list and contact numbers. Most of the instructors have their own guns you can try out, or you can rent one at the range counter. The advantage of an instructor over a class is that you can arrange a time and date that works best for you, and ask questions pertaining to your unique situation. Classes they offer are good, but they're a one size fits all by necessity.

A: Hi.. u can rent a pistol.. riffle.. on anything u want to try from 22lr (small) to as big as 45 acp (pistol large caliber) Range for 1 person is $18 and $5 more additional person (2 max in 1 lane range) Pistol i think 2 pistol rental for $20 (but i havr to buy ammo from them) If ur new i think the range master can help u basic loading and shooting .. or take up their basic pistol class they have once a while (check their time table) Good luck..

Membership was canceled December of 2024, but IΓÇÖm still getting charged in February of 2025? IΓÇÖve heard multiple people complain about the same problem at different gun ranges, so IΓÇÖd imagine they donΓÇÖt really care to come up with a solution if this has already happened in the past and is continuing to still happen. I just canceled my card and IΓÇÖm never going to come here again.

Went to this place two years ago with my father in law and he hated the place. I went back today with my son's and now I see why he's never gone back. No one tries to help you at all. They don't even acknowledge you when you come in the store. The cashier is real condescending . Guess you gotta be white to get real customer service here

I I have a membership here and go here every week. I resent that someone complained about rapid firing and being kicked off the range. There is plenty of warning. It is in the legal agreement that you sign and it is also posted multiple times at the range. The owners all the way to the employees are good people. This is a very safe and well run range with people that want you to succeed not walk away with a negative experience. I bring people here frequently and every person has come back thank you to all the employees for making us an enjoyable place to safely enjoy the sport. Keep doing what youΓÇÖre doing.

I wanted to go try my new gun on a very cold day. First location I went was closed! Nothing was on their website or answering machine about being closed. I went to another location, was told last call was 6pm, it was 6:02pm. By the time I got here it was close to the bell. They were courteous and welcoming. They were young men with a great attitude. They made me feel welcome. I recommend SPRING GUNS & AMMO !!

My experience was very good. The instructor was very knowledgeable and heΓÇÖs on point. He also teach me to shoot at the target more straight my LTC license I would recommend anyone to go there even if youΓÇÖre not going for a license just to go look at the store they got a lot of guns and moreand you can also go there. ItΓÇÖs a shooting range. Very nice people comfortable place to be. I liked it.

Bought a Diamondback AR 15 AND a M&P 2.0 9mm. Was the smoothest and most comfortable atmosphere IΓÇÖve experienced, the gentleman there are always looking out for the best interests of there customers and regulars, that even being a first time buyer there they made me feel extremely comfortable, loved the professionalism from each individual and the gun range was amazingly weΓÇÖll kept and clean. I would recommend SGA to anyone out there looking to add to there collection or to go out to the gun range and shed some lead.

I arrived this business location, I paid at this location to practice shooting and use a lane. While I was shooting my new CZ pistol I purchased from a gun shop located in Katy TX the compensator and laser flew off my gun. (These two items were installed on from the gun shop located in Katy tx) The staff here were very professional and were able to halt the line of fire and allow me to be able to spot those items laying on the range. I used a broom that is usually used to clean up all of the spent shell casings and pulled my compensator and laser back towards me. One of the staff members here at SPRING GUNS & AMMO then PROPERLY fixed my CZ pistol with the attachments that I had purchased and put on from the gun shop located in Katy TX. When I went back into my shooting lane after the SPRING GUNS & AMMO staff member used his tools to fix my attachments. I shot without any further incidents occurring. (The staff member was a white male who was medium build with what appeared to be camo deer hunting glasses on his head.) Thank you!.. I'm not sure why this was so hard to do from the other gun shop located in KATY TX..
