Questions & Answers

Q: I was curious is the hours of operation and is it open to anyone ?

A: It's open 24 hrs, l shoot after dark.

A: It's open to anyone who can legally have a firearm. The hours would be from sunrise to sunset. So long as you can see your good to go. Now I have shot slightly after dark when I wanted to shoot some tracer rounds and get some video of them. So no one said anything. I'm not saying your supposed to do that but there are no hours posted or anything and normally I leave by the time it starts to get dark. Just remember to pick up your garbage when you leave.

Absolutely dangerous. Unmonitored range, trash and debris everywhere. Out of the 10 people there when I stopped, I think maybe 2 even knew how to handle a weapon. There were kids, and I mean...not sure they were old enough to drive shooting spray paint cans with a rifle that was blasting debris 3 shooting lanes over. Not a safe environment.

It's a great unmonitored shooting range. There are 4 shooting lanes a 25, 50, 100, and 200 yard lane with a spot to shoot clays on the North side. Please be safe and shoot at your own risk and please remember to pick up your garbage if bringing "fun/active" targets! There are no burn barrels out there anymore so you carry it in you carry it out policy now. If shooting exploding targets please remember to bring a fire extinguisher also (just in case).

I enjoy it because I'm always the only one here which gives me plenty of freedom and peace of mind when going down range. I believe there are 4-6 lanes of various distance with a table for each. Not too many people clean up after themselves though. Have come to find a lot of garbage used as makeshift targets that people don't take with them when they leave.
