It is difficult to rate a business that is never open, but I'll try. I was referred by a friend and showed up during business hours to meet the instructor. The place was dark so I called the instructor who's name and number I'd been given. He said business had been slow that day so he went home early. I told him I had come for information on his 2nd 8 hour CCW class that I and a friend would like to take. He told me about the date of the next class (just over a month away), what to bring, and to be there at 8AM. I and two others showed up at 7:30AM on a Sunday and waited. At 8:35 I called the instructor again, who sounded like I had woken him up. He said "oh, I canceled the class because no one was there for yesterday's class, sorry. I'll have another one next month". I declined and will be looking for a class elsewhere as he was too unprofessional and undependable to show up. UPDATE March 2016: I made a second attempt to attended the CCW class at Gunslingers and was very happy with the results. I met with the instructor ahead of time, a sign-up process had been established and the instructor apologized for the miscommunication the previous month. The business seems to have moved quickly to correct the mistakes that occurred the previous month. The class had a total of five students of varying skill levels which allowed for one on one instruction and a friendly environment. I found the training informative and the class well designed. The cost was reasonable and at this point I WOULD recommend this class and business to others. I am adjusting the overall rating of my experience with this business from one to four stars.
