Took my father in law here this past Friday around noon. The timing was perfect as it wasn't busy. Keep in mind they are closed to the public Monday- Thursday. Prices were reasonable for what they offer. The pistol playground was fun and the personal bays are great if you don't need long range and you want privacy. We also use the rifle range that goes to 400 yards with steel targets. The range officer wasn't an egotistical know it all either, he was very helpful and made us feel welcome. Would definitely recommend visiting this out door gun range.

Looks to be a great place. My one concern is the gravel road from Hwy. It's basically a single lane worn and weathered were 2 cars, let alone HD truck to pass. Someone will need to backup.....not gonna be a easy task. I will join on my next trip but will not be driving my HD gotta rent a vehicle when I go again. Side note: Arrived early and gate was lock (that's on me) I could have waited but again, I wasn't taking that chance due to the road or the lack of road.

Best range experience I have ever had. RSOs were super knowledgeable and friendly. Staff was helpful and professional. Definitely going back regularly. Highly recommend.

Enjoyed the couple of times I've been. So much so that I purchased the family annual plan. Staff are knowledgeable and friendly...felt safe and welcome there. If you need a place to shoot your rifle, pistols, etc...I recommend you give this place a try.

Strong point is an awesome facility. Nice private pistol pays. They also have rifle range with different yardage targets. Clean restrooms with a nice rest area.

This place was very professional when my friend and I accidentally forgot our licenses. They delivered them to us and we live about 35 minutes away. They literally saved both of our lives. I will forever be thankful for what they did.

I went for the first time with my Grandaughter and it was a great experience . I am going back this week to shoot and sign up for one of their many offered classes . I highly reccomend this range ...first class facility and staff .

Best range I've been to. The staff is friendly, the facility is clean and well kept. For $20/person it comes in at one of the more reasonably priced ranges I've been to. We opted for the large "pistol playground" which was a $50 upcharge and is 100% worth it. Lots of pistol steel in a large bay. I will definitely be coming back a lot and will be looking into a yearly membership. Only improvement I could think of would be more gravel in the shooting bays. They get really slick and muddy when wet.

This is a nice range. They are safe but don't hover over you. The staff is very friendly and courteous. I highly recommend this range if you're in the area.

Excellent range. Bays are awesome and private for bigger parties. The rifle range is a good challenge and laid out well. Had a great time there!

One of the cleanest civilian out door range I have been in a long time. The owner and his crew are sharp and friendly bunch with great recommendations. The range has various lanes for close pistol to big gun long range shooting with targets and other support. Definite winner in shooting sports!

Incompetent staff, went for my first time and told them I wanted to shoot paper targets out to 400 yards they said no problem and took my money. I get to the range and the lane I was assigned was only 100 yards. I went back to the club house to get a different lane trying to clarify I wanted to shoot out to 400 yards on paper they said I could only shoot steel beyond 100 yards which I would not have been able to do with my 300 win mag, I was then told I was done shooting for the day after spending less then 20 minutes there. I asked for a refund and was told no refunds.

Beautiful range, a little muddy, very nice long range setup for 100, 200, 300, and 400 yards out. Also pistol and shotgun lanes too. Will definitely go back.

Been coming here since 2019 and by far one of the best ranges I've ever been too. Friendly and helpful staff, clean ranges, great prices, tables, chairs and a place for shade. Target and gun rentals. Your own bay without anyone hovering over you watching everything you do. Overall an amazing experience I would highly recommend this range to anyone unsure you won't regret it. It's about a 30-40 minute drive from Benning/Columbus and worth every minute. Help keep this range running and thank you Strong Point for providing an amazing place to shoot for firearm enthusiasts!!!

I totally agree with every positive review here that this is by far one of the better outdoor ranges in Georgia. I am not sure why, but it is hard to find good outdoor training facilities here in Georgia that shoot steel targets and not the paper targets you see in your local range. The staff here were very professional, supportive, and just a bunch of good people. This is my favorite range though I hate driving 90 minutes all back streets to get here. I wish they were open to the public at least Thursday through Sunday or provided a membership for members to shoot more during the week. Please keep this place open and support what they are doing!!!!

I was told about this place from the employees of the range I go to daily. It's not close to where I live at all. I go twice a month and it's worth the drive. Has to be the best outside range in GA. My opinion.

My favorite range in the state. Private ranges, long distance rifle ranges, steel target rental. Just the best. Prices are good too. Yeah, its a bit of a drive but worth every bit of it. Beats having somebody standing over your shoulder watching every move any day. A day pass is $20, steel duel tree rental is $15. Steel silhouette is $10. Private ranges have a steel canopy, shooters bench with left and right hand cuts. Worktables and extra chairs. I cannot stress enough if you havent been here and are wondering about it, go.

Amazing experience! I took my daughter there to the rifle range. The RSO was amazingly helpful. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Great facility and prices too! 10/10 would go again.
