The only place that I ever use locally to buy my guns and Ammo and when I buy a gun online, the only FFL dealer I use. They are all extremely knowledgeable, very helpful, I love the lady Miss Allison who does a lot of federal/state paperwork as lately she's been the last person I've seen as I go to leave, now a member and which ever person is range master that day is very aware, knowledgeable, and attentive. If your thing is long lines, wearing Khakis and dressing up to wait in some more really long lines, then maybe Freedom is your place, but if you are a man who just wants good prices and to shoot then I'd say Superior Pawn is the place for you and you can't beat the price of membership. Also take a class with Neal as he's a really good guy. Edit 8-22-2024 Just went and picked up another gun and thank you Miss Allison for all your help and usual and Mr. Tony who helped my girl, such a nice person. Thank you so much. Edit :9-14-2024 Stupid to me that Google doesn't allow you to leave seperate reviews considering your experience at a place may not be the same and maybe something happened that wasn't good but that doesn't happen at Superior Pawn. Once again Miss Allison as usual helped me and got me squared away and she's such a nice person. Mike was the range master and was very attentive as usual and went above and beyond to make sure that the range was a safe and fun experience. I appreciate everyone at Superior Pawn for helping to make what can sometimes be difficult issues especially in today's climate go much more smoothly and help put a smile on my face in the process. All just great people including the manager Craig who should be proud of the business that he's running. Edit: 12-23-2024 As always a fantastic experience. They are really just good people and provide a safe environment to enjoy my biggest hobby which is guns and shooting. But there's something there for everyone and you won't regret stopping in. 1-16-2025 I hate that I have to edit my comment every single time that I have a new experience at Superior Pawn which is often. But again another great day at Superior Pawn. I truly want to say that these are good and honest people who are just blue collar down to Earth hardworkers and it starts from the top down with the Manager Craig who's sincerely a good man. He's a good, honest man who cares about people and Mrs. Allison who works in the gun department and Merrill and just everyone there are good people who just work hard everyday to provide a good experience to their customers. Can't thank them enough.

Great selection of firearms and ammo. Prices are competitive to other shops in the area, maybe cheaper. Upstairs shooting range is nice, but you could be end up waiting during peak times.

The establishment treats everyone with respect no matter your level of knowledge of firearms. They educated and inform to assist you in your purchase as to what best meets your needs and is the safest for your current level of experience. Very responsible establishment made up of very responsible staff. I have never left there without aquiring more knowledge and safety info than I came in with.

First of all this guy is a BIG Harris supporter so theres that. Next, I bought a gun from this shop on Gunbroker. When I tried to return it unfired and new in the box, I got refused with a rude response and terrible communication. They have 15 negative reviews on Gunbroker this year. They retaliated because I criticized their behavior. Immature people with a tarnished reputation. Be honest, not common.

I recently visited superior pawn for my sonΓÇÖs birthday, and we were both really excited about spending time at the range. We purchased a shotgun, but when we went to use it, it started to malfunction. My son had been looking forward to this day for a while, so it was frustrating for both of us. Thankfully, Craig came to the rescue! He not only helped us find a substitute gun to use at the range so we could enjoy our time there, but he also went above and beyond to address the issue with the original shotgun afterward. CraigΓÇÖs exceptional service really made my sonΓÇÖs day, and we couldnΓÇÖt be more grateful. Thanks, Craig!

Large selection of firearms, accessories and ammo. Decent range with knowledgeable staff giving clear instruction. The manager downstairs is super helpful. I purchased a new firearm that had a defective firing pin. He swapped it out, no questions asked (other than asking for receipt of course). My go-to gun store!

If I could give negative stars I would. Avoid these thieves at all costs. They are liars and cheats. Their counter people are rude and impolite and they live to play bait&switch. Don't even thinking about buying a gun from these jerks. They load the sale up with hidden fees and if you have to return the gun they keep a "processing fee" so you never really get your money back. I found this out the hard way and had to call my credit card company to reverse the sale and get my money back. Their manager started calling and threatening me and said he would take me to court. I told him "go right ahead". So far I have heard nothing more from these losers. Horrible shop and horrible, disgusting people!

Outstanding service and people. Went to purchase a handgun in which I had to have transfered. The professionals at Superior were respectable and knowledgeable. My handgun is already prepared for pick at the other location. Great Job by Superior Pawn and Guns! I am very satisfied.

Welcoming, good customer service, range area is in view of Range Master, range has good ventilation and spacious. This location is the best out of three.
